Excellent service once again
Ordered 2 glass trophies from TPM for a competition to be held on Saturday 25/07 and they arrived in good time. I left them sealed in the box as I thought it the safest bet for keeping them until the event. On opening them on the day I discovered that one had broken in transit. Rang TPM on Monday and explained my problem. No drama from them at all, fully understood and arranged a replacement which arrived today, Thursday. Excellent service as always from a great company who I will continue to use for all my tournaments and competitions.

Misleading offers and poor Customer…
Misleading offers and poor Customer Service. Offerd 20% discount on all orders. Then ended up wth £3 discount on £69 order. Been advised that it's because the self-assembly items are already discounted. My argument is that they are Full Price items and are cheaper because labour and handling cost has been excluded. They are not discounted. Stil, CS's ignorance didn't help winning the order. No discount applied. Why even bother spending money on marketing and sending hundreds of emails and putting posts on social media? This will only lead to damaged brand reputation. Unhappy customer

I ordered some compass orienteering medals. Unfortunately the compass is just an image, not a working compass. The description did not make this clear at all. The image is quite cheap looking. Pretty disappointed but don't feel it's worth returning at my expense and paying and delivery fees again to order an alternative.
