Great, thorough, prompt service
Prompt service. I phoned to book the appointment and had Lachlan here the following day. We had a water leak from our shower and Lachlan investigated until he found the issue! (Previous plumber couldnt find where it was coming from) Report was sent to us very quickly that same day. Very happy with the service and price. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends!!

Best plumber in Mackay ! Look no further. I am so pleased I found Lachlan and his team. The service was so professional, friendly, fair and on time. Lachlan explained everything and gave me a range of options and costing to select from. Lachlan has a wonderful App and you can track when he will arrive which is a fabulous innovation for business. I found the service honest and honestly the best !

Lachlan at tropical coast plumbing was very helpful when I called about a substantial leak at my house. He arrived on time and got the job done really quickly. He was polite and helpful. I would definitely give him a call again i need to.

Water leak and water hammer
We were receiving water leak notifications with the leak increasing to 15 litres per hour. We also had a severe case of water hammer. Lachlan and the team found the water leaks - there was one obvious one and the other not so obvious, but they didn’t just settle for the easy fix. Lachlan took the time to work out the source of the water hammer issues and that is now resolved too. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the service, workmanship and prompt attention.

Burst water pipe
I had a burst water pipe, Lachlan arrived in 10 minutes, fixed things up and made such a stressful situation so much better. I was so relieved & pleased at the good job and not for the first time!! I will continue to use Lachlan for any plumbing problems. Thank you. V

Reliable, professional service
