Ordered thinking they were stock part.
Realised they were drop shipping from china in approx. 4 weeks. I could not wait that long, so contacted them - No response, requested cancellation - no response. Goods did arrive after few week. To be frank - very cheap & low quality . I still have had no contact from them. My advice - don't buy from them, clinging on to money is the ethos not customer support, nor the distance selling act.

These people sell utter garbage. The kitchen items I purchased broke within 2 weeks and all my emails to customer service have been flat ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. They're taking advantage of customers.

I ordered several lights at the end of August with a delivery of max 20 days. I paid over £1,000. To date I have received nothing and no indication of when my goods will be delivered. I have emailed Troskel several times and received no reply. How do I get a refund if they don't communicate?

I placed an order beginning of August then 200821 got a refund and my order had been cancelled-the item still on website for stock sent numerous emails not one reply! Won’t use

Don’t purchase from this store. They don’t respond to refund requests. I’ve tried contacting them several times and disappointingly have not response. Stay away from this site.

The site looks legit, but don't be fooled, I purchased a rug (£120) and some floor cushions (£40) and got terribly poor quality items. They use images taken from other websites and then fulfil the orders using fakes from China. The "Rug" was essentially a large yoga mat with a picture of the rug design printed onto it! It arrived wrapped in cling film and a bin bag. The "Floor cushions" were like place mats for a dinner table. The "support" is none existent on their website and via email is very slow. I eventually went through their refund hoops - had to pay to send the "rug" back and got a refund of £108!!! out of the £120 spent. Have reported to trading standards. AVOID

My god what TAT, cheap nasty products. Avoid at all costs.

I'm normally very good at reading reviews before I buy things but this was a lying in bed looking at my phone purchase and my guard must've been lowered.

I can't remember the last time I was scammed so badly on the internet - probably not for at least 10 years.

I reached out to customer service as I bought a number of products from the "eco-friendly" collection, but I haven't heard back. The products and materials used are of such poor quality as a founder of the brand/business I would be deeply embarrassed this type of product is reaching the end customer.

I have also reached out to the British Institute of Interior design, as having them as an industry partner gives the company gravitas that it really doesn't deserve.

Simply AWFUL. I spent between £20 - £50 on multiple products and will just have to write it off as a costly bad decision.

Do not buy from this company - they are sending products from China (despite advertising themselves as a UK company) and you will get charged customs charges which is not clearly advertised when you are purchasing the products (unless they illegally write down an artificially low value of the goods) which is what happened for me and I have notified HMRC of this.

My experience was not great! But not as bad as others reviews here, (wish I did my homework first). So basically I ordered the unicorn rug for my daughters bedroom. It looks lovely and thick and luxurious. I was enticed by the beautiful pictures of the website! (Silly me). My order, although took just under a month to arrive, but i knew it was a wait so cant say much about that, and at least it arrived unlike some of the reviews on here :/ ..... As for the rug - when I answered the door for the package I thought what the hell is this? Parceled like an Ebay item. I had no idea it was the rug until I opened it so u can imagine my shock lol.. disappointment :( ... 50 quid for a very thin mat..... It is true to the colour etc. that was advertised, but it is so thin and not of a good luxurious thick quality that I was expecting from the pictures on the website.. really gutted actually.. :(

Terrible terrible terrible. Tried to cancel the minute i realised what a dire company this is. They have a fancy website but dont be fooled by that or their design endorsements - they ship from China. It takes for ever. The items get held due to customs tax which YOU have the hassle of dealing with & paying. AVOID. I spent £600 on lights and their website says i have to pay customs tax? Lovely

Was a bit worried purchasing my utensil sets from here after reading the reviews.
My items did arrive and they look absolutely lovely. The only reason why I’ve given 3 stars rather than 5 is because delivery takes very very long. I ordered on the 7/8/2020 and delivery was exactly one month later.

Please don't order from this company. My items are still in transit 2 months later, with no sign of a delivery date. I have no means of cancelling the order or requesting a refund so I wait in hope. Please avoid.

i ordered nearly 2months ago. constantly changing the delivery date. still stuck in transit somewhere between china and here. do not use this company they are awful and their customer service is next to useless.
asked numerous times for a refund and have so far been completely ignored. in fact they told me that when i do receive it(whenever that is) i ll need to pay to getthe parcels sent to them and then ill receive my refund 14days later!!??
very frustrated and fed up. i will refuse the parcel if/when it arrives.

Awful. Refund policy is a joke. WE had to return an item to CHINA at our OWN COST. They completely washed their hands of it because we wanted to return the item. It cost us more to return it than the cost if we had it tracked. Ridiculous.

Excellent service. I asked for a colour variation of an item that I liked and the staff at Tröskel went out of their way to find the alternative colour for me. Would prefer if the shipping times were shorter, but they do arrive sooner that it says. Thank you Tröskel. The items look great in my home.

My LOK Pendant Light arrived quicker than expected and I received great communication during the covid 19 with a number of emails. Will definitely be ordering again, it has become my go to store for home decor for a decent price.
