I loved this entire expereince! It was truly something special. There was a good mix of activities and sightseeing. Our tour host, Dana, did a great job curating the activities and our local guide, Rani, was so nice, friendly, & informative. I wish there were more free optional things to do like, free walking tours and moderate hikes or planned beach time. Also, if there was an option to reserve optional nearby activities like spa info and such would have been helpful. Thank you!

As I stated in the comment, when you present hotel as an upgrade, please make sure it is.

Just a bunch of lads in Greece eating delicious cuisines, learning about extensive history and culture, and quoting movies. Our Guide Alex was amazing making our trip 10X with amazing food recommendations, giving us the run down on history of places we drive by and see, as well as being there for one of the guys in our group for when he got injured helping the process for him move along a lot faster than it would have been if he were alone.

I had an amazing time on my first trova trip to Croatia! My guide was knowledgeable and perfect for a group of all ladies. He wrangled us and kept us on schedule all while making us laugh.

Great way of communicating and ease of submitting payment and paperwork for travel.

The entire trip from start to finish was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough for our local guide - she was so knowledgeable and fun! The organization and agenda was also fantastic. Honestly I would do it all over again for the same experience.

The Host, Guide and driver where amazing. The accomodations where okay. I wish they had more options or changed the pre & post trip accomodations. I stayed at the same hotel twice. The fire alarm kept going off on my last night and the jacuzzi really never got hot.
The food was good at both accomodations.
Your app kinda sucks. It doesn't show pre or post trip accomodations and your customer service is lacking. Investing in a better platform would help and having additional hours of operations and making it easier to talk to a live person would be amazing.

Hospitality everywhere in Costa Rica was AMAZING!!

TrovaTrip was great for my first European trip - I felt prepared and was excited about all of the excursions planned. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to change my stay (booked an extra night at the hotel, but then had to leave early) and they would not refund me for that night which is very disappointing.

Going on a trip with Trova was the best way to enjoy my vacation.
The guides and driver made all the adventures easy, fun and safe.
I would recommend using Trova to plan any group vacation

This was a trip of a lifetime for me! It included so many elements, allowed us to explore the province, experience the culture, and create amazing relationships.

Trova trip handled all accommodations and travel, which gave me complete peace of mind to fully enjoy my vacation stress free!!! I would absolutely recommend Trova trip for anyone looking to enjoy some R&R with the least amount of effort on their own part.

It would have been 5 stars if the first and last hotel lived up to their 5 star rating. When I walked into the room a stench of raw sewerage asulted my nose and each time i walked into the bathroom and left and re entered my room. The welcome dinner and farewell dinner were very disappointing. I asked for a pitcher of water as I didn't want the free mocktail or cocktail and I was refused and made to buy water - which the guide kindly paid for out of his own pocket. The breakfast was amazing yet the dinners was the two unimpressive meals of the whole trip.

I've waited to post this review because I didn't want it to reflect on our guide, as they were wonderful. But trivia trip was a terrible travel experience. They changed our trip weeks before it started and then refused to communicate until I filed official complaints. It took weeks for things to get resolved, which made me not even want to go to the trip because of the stress. luckily, I had proof of everything and they had to honor their contract, but it was an awful experience with "customer service" refusing to help, communicate or honor their contract until they were forced to.

Very happy with my experience with Trovatrip. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly with nothing for me to do except show us. Will definitely use again in the future!

The app was easy to use and had all the itinerary information and was easy to access. I didn't require any specific support, but it would have been nice if there were more single rooms available to book. I tried to book a single room but it wasn't available and this before things were finalized.

There were many activities, we stayed active and experienced so much. There was a lot of interactions with the locals and their culture. We also had an amazing Tour Guide. She was very capable and prepared us in advance for all our activities. She was considerate of everyone's individual needs. I really had a great time!

Our TrovaTrip to Bali was incredible! Not only is it a gorgeous destination, but our host, Angelina, and guide, Hulu, really made it the perfect experience with a smooth and fun itinerary! I had a great time with my friends and made new ones too. This is my third TrovaTrip, so it goes without saying that I’ve enjoyed them, but I’d absolutely go with TravelGirlEvents again too!

My experience with Trova was amazing in Morocco. I would highly recommend this trip and all the excursions from hot air balloon to the camel ride to surfing were excellent and well done by the local companies and safe. Our guides were incredible and the people were so nice and had great senses of humor. I would highly recommend using Trova Trip to travel to Morocco 🇲🇦!
