I purchased a facial massage device for £109. I purchased based on a Google search for the top rated products. This came out top, which clearly wasn't genuine. What I should have done before purchase is come on here and looked up the reviews. Lesson learned! The whole experience was a farce from start to finish. Before the item arrived i had concerns based on negative reviews so I contacted the company and they went on to blame the customers for unreasonable demands for refunds. I received my device, already sceptical. Sure enough the device didn't work, of the few functions it has, only one would work. Clearly faulty they made me jump through hoops, asking ridiculous questions and then wanting a video to show it not working. I did everything they asked. They offered me something ridiculous like a 5% discount. This went on for weeks. This company is a scam, they refused to accept the machine back and wanted to send another. They sent another one which I didn't want. Why would I want another one. The device is just a vibrating piece of plastic. The ems function does nothing. I was sick of dealing with them and was getting nowhere. They eventually gave me a 10% refund absolutely ridiculous and an insult to customers. Please do not deal with this company. Save your time and your money. Its a scam.

Purchased a Smart ring from this company, whilst it took a very long time to deliver it finally did and all was well, FFWD 5 months and the ring is faulty, just stopped responding and charging is intermittent but the site no longer exists to contact them about a warranty claim on the goods

I brought a camera from here. I immediately changed my mind and emailed saying I would like to cancel my order. Despite emailing this only 2 hours after I made the order, they said it had already been shipped and I would need to return it myself once it has arrived. I then emailed saying I would like to return the item and they refused to tell me how to actually do this and instead kept offering 5% of my money back if I kept the item . I decided to give up and sell it later on. When I went to sell it, I discovered it was not a known brand to any reputable selling sites and the Trovoro website no longer existed. The whole company changed name, likely due to being reported to banks too many times. The actual camera itself looks like a children's toy and is made extremely cheaply. I have made a complaint to my bank to get my money back. So frustrated that I didn't see it was a scam!

We ordered a Trail camera to capture wildlife in the garden. It was advertised that it came with an SD card and was ideal for this purpose. When it came it turned out you had to operate it through a mobile connection and the supplied SIM card at an additional cost of (at least) £90 per annum. It did not record to a SIM card directly. We do not have a mobile signal so it is useless. It was not fit for purpose. There was no receipt, no paperwork, no confirmation email and the packaging had aready been opened- the SIM card was loose in the box. The instructions are all in pigeon English on a dedicated app that is occasionally answered at 2am UK time, when they expect an immediate reply. We tried to send it back but the £30 penalty fee, the shipping to Hong Kong, the import tax and a lack of a return address despite requesting it several times made this more costly than the original item, and there was no guarantee of getting any money back. We settled through the Credit card company in the end after months of wrangling.
In short this company is a bad actor and best avoided!

Si jamais c'est trop tard et que vous avez déjà acheté un produit et qu'il ne fonctionne pas, ne perdez pas votre temps avec le service client qui va vous balader pendant des mois !!

Faite une demande de rétrofacturation, procédure de Chargeback auprès de votre banque ! Mais faites le rapidement avant que ce ne soit trop tard ! (Sous 4 mois en France à priori...)
Ils récupèreront les sous auprès de Trovoro pour vous les reverser.

Trovoro are a complete Chinese scam. They clearly operate with impunity and are outside consumer law. Our camera failed very quickly, the offer of customer support was ridiculous. No refund, no replacement, no help. A another fraudulent Chinese scam. Avoid.

Compré un secador 6 en 1 y es una auténtica estafa , ya cuando llego vi que no correspondía a lo que vendían . Pero a los 4 meses ha dejado de funcionar completamente. Era muchisimo dinero .

Do not purchase from this company, they are scammer and your order will never be delivered. I had to raise a complaint with Amex to get my money back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The ring I received was the wrong size, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, they refused to address my actual request. Instead, they repeatedly sent the same copy-and-paste message offering an exchange, completely ignoring my request for a refund — even though their policy states that refunds are available within 14 days.

It felt impossible to speak to a real person or get a straight answer. Their customer support showed no willingness to help, and I was left going in circles with the same scripted responses.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The product quality was not as expected, and the customer service was extremely unhelpful when trying to resolve the issue. STILL WAITING TO. SETTLE! Going to have to go through legal action after the 14 days is up.

Es un fraude de página. Productos malísimos y no permiten devolverlos. Un FRAUDE con mayúsculas

China based drop shipment. The item received was in poor condition and cheaply made when I asked to return they said in this occasion they had to import their product from China (lie). And if I wanted to get a refund, I would first of all in care of £30 shipment charge including customs and they would give a 10% reduction on the price of the purchase. This is not acceptable. I have cancelled my purchase via my credit card and HOPE to get a full refund. Do not deal with this drop shipment company.

Don’t bother, the camera apparently won best in class but it doesn’t work, doesn’t connect to the phone so you can’t even set it up. Wasted £120

Item doesn't work as described. I contacted Trovoro for a refund and received a speedy response asking for a video for their technical team to look into the issue further. That was over a week ago. I sent another email and that has also been ignored. It appears that I've just lost £120.

Do NOT buy from this company.

I bought the camera which is practically a low-quality toy. The return and refund service is useless because you have to ship it to Hong Kong and the costs are excessive. They offered me 5% of the value, which is €7.5... I offered them a Sandwich and a Beer.

These people are crooks. They take your money, provide shoddy faulty goods then when you complain, they send absurd AI generated replies for weeks until they tell you goods cannot be returned after 14 days. Do not buy from this bunch of scammers!

At no point in the details online from Trovoro was it made clear this trail camera will only work by buying their annual subscription for £90. The camera will not work using other SIM cards. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CAMERA.

j'ai voulu acheter un appareil photo numérique. Grace à une manipulation, l'appareil TROVORO était, le maître achat sur le site "les numériques". Mais il s'agissait d'un faux site. L'appareil est arrivé (chine, alors que le site d'achat était : trovoro FR) et malgré les excellentes caractéristiques techniques, les photos sont très mauvaises. J'ai essayé de le renvoyer, mais il n'y a pas de facture, pas d'adresse. Lorsque vous envoyez un mail, le lendemain, vous avez une réponse, mais celle-ci vient d'un IA et rien de ce que vous avez écrit n'est pris en compte. Pas moyen de renvoyer. Par la suite on vous propose, 5, puis 10 puis 15 puis 20 % de ristourne, mais rien ne vient sur votre compte et les réponses de l'IA sont: Cher client,
