Emily could not have been more helpful with having my end profile changed on the Truckman roll top. Excellent showroom with endless coffee and ice creams. Dave is also on hand. The fitters did a great job as well.

Truckman were so helpful from my initial call to help fix my roller shutter on my truck. A meeting was setup within a few days at the Dudley site. When I arrived I was met by Emily Robinson who was so helpful and got me booked in, inspected my truck and seen by the engineers within 30mins, the problem was found and Emily then got it pushed through to be fixed that morning, within 4hrs I was driving back home. Amazing teamwork, great communication, very professional and outstanding service.

What a great company to deal with, from the quick email responses to my questions, to me turning up with no appointment just to take a look and then having my ARB awning fitted to my roof rack using my supplied brackets by the truckman installers. Emily was super helpful and efficient, pointing us in the direction of the free beverages while she organised everything the installers did a tidy job even working around an issue with my brackets. Looking after my vehicle as you would expect. My only warning is don’t walk round the showroom while you’re waiting for the installers or you will end up buying all sorts of nice things. You have been warned.
The awning is great value and I can highly recommend ARB in Dudley. Thank you to everyone involved.

Great communication from Kane. He owned the whole fitment from arranging, ordering parts, having the installation completed, keeping me informed and arranging for collection after the job was completed. I would definately use again. A real proffesional experience. Well done Kane.

I am new to dealing with Truckman, and overall they are very friendly and always take the time to speak to you, to listen to your needs.

On this occasion I was having a roll top installation done. Dave looked after the booking and helping me with some other things I needed. He was very helpful and friendly. Paul looked after the installation for me which was carried out to a high standard.

A good service to a high standard, friendly staff and I love the Realtruck EVO-M roll cover with crossbars on my Ranger Raptor.

Bought new canopy handle and lock from truckman. Can't just by the barrel you have to buy the complete handle etc. Key worked for six months then zilch. Copies amount of penetrating oil made no difference. So there's near enough a hundred quid down the drain, or should I say in Truckman's bank account. Other canopies and roll tops you can just change the barrel but not truckman. Must be a good little money spinner for them.

I was meant to be there at 11:00 for the canopy to be fitted on my Ford Ranger Wildtrak. I was unfortunately delayed on my journey over due to some bad traffic on the way (approx. 25-30mins), nevertheless, the team was still happy to undertake the work. I was very well received and informed at all time of the progress of the work. Very professional and top team.

I messaged at 445 with an urgent truchman GLS back door replacement because I had just broken it. Alex was amazing, he worked out of hours reviewing photos of my cab, identifying the door and checked it was in stock. I left home a 530 the following morning for the 2 hour drive and had it loaded into my vehicle for 9. Amazing service, way above any standards. Thank you Alex. I also spoke to 3 or 4 other staff whilst waiting and everyone was great also.

So here's is the truth about Truckman......
On arrival and check in all good.
But on collection I noticed only a small problem with the canopy paintwork which they had just fitted, so here comes the management, the one with the red noses on the lying clowns 🤡, even Starmer could work with them. They proceeded to tell me that all their canopies have faults, which I find rather strange. But it's something you have to accept because it's a commercial truck and not a car which have different standards....But if I wanted to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and send them the bill, they would look into paying it..Here's that clown 🤡 again, so my advice is don't waste nearly £3,000 with a company that knows it's selling faulty goods.

Everything went smoothly from my initial enquiry to the fitting of my Truck cover.i would certainly Recomed Truckman Bristol.

I attended the Dudley branch for a repair to my Truckman canopy in Febraury 2026, Dave on reception was courteous, professional and helpful throughout my visit.
Will use again for future additions to my truck. 👍

Beware all, I purchased a set of struts from these and when they turned up they were totally different from what I'd seen in the pictures. Although I emailed it took a few days for any reply, once I returned them it was only at that point my partner informed me ( I have dyslexia)that the shipping cost where £19 which I find totally unacceptable as it only cost me £6.50 to returned the struts via royal mail 24hr service. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO SEE THIS.

Had an issue with a Truckman canopy on a 25 plate Hilux. Emailed Truckman Support who were helpful with many questions before booking in for repair. Not sure if the drive to Truckman at Dudley would be worth it but it certainly was. On arrival I immediately felt like the team cared about the issue, they were well informed in the product and were open to discussing the problem and more importantly the solution. Kept informed even when it took slightly longer than anticipated. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
Watching other customers in the showroom and all were dealt with in the same customer focused manner.

I have given a 5* review mainly because of the help I received from their team (especially Bob) when my package was not delivered by DX couriers not once but twice. The couriers on both occassions updated their tracking to say they had delivered and I had signed for it. On request the couriers supplied a signature which was nothing like mine. There was no debate or question by Truckman who went out of their way to dispatch a replacement. Unfortunately they continue to use DX as they are under contract. I did a few days later get my package after the company it was delivered to realised it wasn't theirs and did a bit of detective work on Facebook to find us and get in touch. Product and service from truckman was excellent but they were let down by a third party that they have no control over.

Been buying parts from Truckman for a good few years now and always always helpful with great knowledge and support , keep up the amazing work and much appreciated ! A rare company these days to deal with that is so effortless to use!

I had a query that was dealt with by Paul Collins, one of the technicians at Truckman, and I honestly couldn’t praise him highly enough. Paul was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was completely happy.

In fact, the same goes for all the staff there — everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely smiling. It’s refreshing to walk into a place where the team clearly enjoy what they do and want to help.
