1st Order with T&T
Ordered product about 1000 in the morning, got shipping confirmation about 1200. Received in transit notification at 1830. Purchased through Shop, transaction was smooth / easy. This is my first purchase with Truck&Tow, due to a cross country move with my vehicle, but if I need similar products it won’t be the last. Solid sales / shipping procedure. Just awaiting the product.

This company changed my review from 1 to 5 stars!!!
Not only did they change my rating and review, as well as their reply, these ratchets are garbage!!!!!!!
2 of the 4 ratchets are hard to ratchet (open and close) after only one use, and possibly the other 2 as well..
One of the others, the "locking" part that locks into the teeth as you're ratcheting gets stuck in the up position making it not catch, and you have to manually push it down every time. For such expensive ratchets and straps, you'd assume they'd work flawlessly as well as last longer than ONE use. The straps themselves are my favorite I've ever used though. Much more convenient and quicker than separate axle straps.

Was expecting a discount of 10% or 15% for signing up for text messages. Also being a new customer. Neither was possible due to not purchasing an item that was eligible. Other than that, the process was fine.
