Needed a lift from Plovdiv city centre to Plovdiv international airport. Contacted them via WhatsApp, arranging the transfer was super easy, even last minute. Prompt service, received email confirmations, pre-paid online, the driver was accurate and friendly, he also contacted me when he arrived at the pick up location.

We used True Drivers for our return transfer from Sofia Airport to Bansko and were very impressed with their service. We were quoted a competitive price, and were in contact with our drivers before arriving. The flight was delayed but this was no problem for True Drivers. We left a high value item in the taxi on arrival and True Drivers organised it to be delivered on route to the airport with no problems. Quick responses and they accepted our bookings with less than 24 hour notice. Definitely recommend and will only be using this company in the future!

We really enjoyed the ride , the car was clean, the driver waited for us even if our flights were delayed for an hour, we got complimentary water , the driver was also nice and even stopped waited for us to buy some food during the journey.

The whole process was swift. We were 2 persons needing a lift from Sofia to Plovdiv in the same night. It was near New Year's Eve but TD was quick to respond to our request with a quote and the driver arrived fairly soon. Thanks TD.

We were collected from our guesthouse in Plovdiv. David our driver was very prompt and loaded our luggage. Car was super clean. He was very friendly and knowledgable about Bulgaria and surrounding areas. His English was very good. We wish we’d taken a sight seeing tour with him earlier in the week. Would definitely recommend him.

Great communication, great driver. Our flight was delayed from Málaga to Sofia by almost an hour and a half and they also changed the terminal in the end. Bobi drove safely, and we managed to sleep on the way. I'd definitely use the service again. I'm giving a 5 star rating.

An international conference was held in Plovdiv, the lecturers of which arrived at different times by flights to Terminal 1 and 2 of Sofia Airport. The company checked the flights in an extremely professional manner, followed up and notified us of delays, waited calmly and politely for the arrivals, the drivers have an extremely courteous manner, they speak English, the assistants in their office are welcoming and friendly.
