Incredible experience

Truelancer continues to spam you no matter how many times you unsubscribe, complain, or tell them to stop.

Nice guidance and support

Truelancer such a wonderful marketplace. This marketplace made my life awesome. My freelancing journey started with it. Thank You Truelancer!

Working with truelancer was a great experience, especially with the video call option to explain my detailed complicated job requirements.

This made communicating that much easier and I could get good results from my chosen worker.

My account has been banned without any prior notice, and my pending payment has not been released to PayPal.

Amazing experience with trulancer I stared my freelancing journey from here and now I make decent money in seating my village.

Most importantly it is connecting people across world from very sector making the work easy for companies and ensuring employment to freelancers on constant basis

Truelancer doesn't care about their freelance workers. When a company you've done work for keeps changing the conditions for payment after the work has been done, don't think Truelancer will help you. They'll politely apologise for the inconvenience it may cause you to not get paid, but that's the extent of it. Truelancer will not hold the companies hiring people through their website accountable. For them it's all about the money, and Truelancer make more money on a company than one freelancer, so they side with the company.

“I completed a project and the client approved my $50 payment over a week ago. It's still stuck in the seller locker. I’ve emailed support and tagged Truelancer on Twitter, but still no help. Please fix this — my username is [ude chinonso].”

This platform is humane and thoughtful. Improvements can be made in terms of accountability but staff are responsive and try to help correct anything. We found good candidates and achieved what we needed to help support the poor and marginalized.
