Based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire we source and supply the worlds best tea. We have an extensive range of tea which has been sought to appeal to customers who are as enthusiastic about tea as we are. We have a range of over 80 loose leaf tea blends which range from an english breakfast black tea all the way to a caramel rooibos tea. Although our products are available to purchase online, we also attend monthly farmer's markets and local events around Yorkshire, such as the Harrogate Flower Show. We are focused on providing a first class service and dispatching an array of quality teas to our customers, either at retail or wholesale, on a daily basis. Aside from loose leaf tea, we stock biodegradable pyramid tea bags which are plastic free and packed with our own loose leaf tea blends! If customers aren't sure which teas to choose, we have a tea subscription which is perfect for yourself or as a gift for a friend or loved one.

Top notch service
I ordered some Earl Grey Rebel as a gift for a family member. In making the order via the website I made a stupid error, which was sorted out in a couple of minutes by a very helpful staff member over the phone. I made the order on Monday afternoon, and the tea was delivered on Tuesday. Absolutely top notch service. And excellent tea to boot!

Best tea
I purchased the English Breakfast No12. After a few tries I now have a great cup of tea. There is a marked difference between the quality of tea from True Tea Co than other brands. Delivery and packaging was also great.

Good Delivery And Quality
Ordered the English breakfast classic, earl grey blue, and sencha tea which arrived promptly! All super good quality and tasty, though I'd recommend going for the more expensive sencha teas as the basic one is quite weak in flavour (but that's how I like it).

Ultimately, my order arrived but it was initially cancelled for reasons we did not understand. The tea is delicious.

Excellent service and good quality tea.
I have been shopping around for tea in the UK as currently unable to travel to China. This is the best tea I have found and I will be sticking with it. I can only speak for my favourite teas, Dragon Well, white tea and jasmine, but I did venture out with the rose tea and it is lovely, a natural mellow flavour of rose. Nice eco-friendly packaging as well and delivery was quick. All in all very happy with this company and the product.

I am concerned about residues of herbicides in tea. True Tea provides an extensive selection of organic teas.

I absolutely love this tea company
I’m 53 years old(I’m my menopausal stage life and caffeine is a struggle these days…
My favourite tea to drink are turmeric gold with my own homemade decaffeinated coffee
For a turmeric latte made with unsweetened oat milk
I would also like to add just how super fast the delivery is every time I make an online order it’s almost delivered next day(amazing!)

Nice tea and quick delivery
One of the few places we can find that do loose leaf sage tea. Nicely packed and quickly delivered. Shame we can't pick it up and save the delivery charges but unfortunately we live at the other end of the country.

Just recieved my 2nd order of loose lease fruit teas. Absolutely thrilled to find a supplier with such a great range of good quality teas which don't contain black, green or white tea. Fast delivery, well packed and the pounches the tea is supplied in are brilliant and recyclable.
