This company is so quick dispatching the products have them in a few days love it

Usual high quality tea and easy purchasing system. My own taste is for variety teas WITHOUT added flavours, and they have plenty. Regular customer . . . I can phone for knowledgeable advice.

I found this company after Twinings and Tetley stopped selling their respective ‘blend of both’ teas (green tea and black tea.)
The Emperor’s 7 Treasures blend is a stunning solution to my problem. Green tea + black tea + sunflower blossoms + rose + peach = a very happy customer. I bought 200 grams but I’m already working out how I can fit more in my tea cupboard.

We also like to visit the Shop in Harrogate where the array of teas on display is amazing but can feel overwhelming

I had problems with paying with my card so inadvertently ordered twice as I clicked the payment button twice in a few seconds . I had a phone call from customer services checking if I meant to do this . The lady I spoke to said she would refund the money for the unwanted order which she did . The lovely tea caddies I had ordered arrived well wrapped and very promptly .

Top quality teas with a good selection at a reasonable price.

Great value and good quality loose leaf tea. I've placed a couple of orders and have been very happy with the service. Customer service is excellent, answering a small query I had with brewing one of the teas and it was easy to return an item I ordered by mistake. Will definitely buy again.

All that True Tea did was to make it easy to order, offer reasonable prices, despatch in a timely fashion, provide good communications and use a reliable delivery service. Oh yes, and the tea’s pretty good as well. Such service doesn’t sound exceptional - but sadly it is! Well done True Tea. Keep it up.
