I bought the expensive package - oil/dust etc etc. If you add it to anything - salad, meat, fish, it just makes everything taste like the inside of a rubber boot. Don't waste your money!

Waaaaay too much packaging for a small item - think shoebox for a pepper pot.
Taste was disappointing ( dust) the smell was pungent, but the flavour was really lacking, especially for high price.
You can get a much better truffle flavour from M&S truffle pesto for 2.50!
Disappointing, can’t recommend.

Order #42359I bought Truffle Dust as a christmas present for a friend…. He loved it! I knew he would! 5* Bought as an extra present… because I would like some… please find someone to buy me some!
Easy to order.
Postage and packing = perfect.
Taste is divine… I would put it on scrambled free range eggs, if I had some!
Absolutely perfect! (His response was a delight! Mayonnaise next) Highly recommended.

Order now for next Xmas !!! Service is that poor !!!
Placed order over 10 days ago and still waiting for my order to be shipped. Keep getting told next 24hrs. They should stop taking orders if they cannot cope with the volumes!!!! Was told shipping would be 15th that was five days ago. What is really annoying is that they are putting xmas deliveries on a slow Evri service. Surely if they are behind with orders put them on next day !! Wont be buying from this company again.

Impressed by customer service
I have bought items as Christmas gifts so can’t review the products however, there was an issue over delivery of one of my orders (autofill address!) but Joe from Truffle Guys was extremely helpful and sorted the problem straight away.

Truffle mayo is amazing! And customer service was brilliant
I had an amazing experience with the customer service plus the truffle mayonnaise is delicious. My friend also loves the truffle sauce and always has a good experience with them as well. Highly recommend it!

Amazing service
Fantastic customer service : the delivery company Evri kept losing my order of truffle mayo. The truffle guys were fantastic and keeping me up-to-date with where it was eventually when it didn’t come they replaced it with a new order. Really impressed with the customer service here thank you in particular to Joe who helped me with this issue even though it was not the truffle guys problem it was the delivery company they still helped me and resolved it

Absolutely delicious
We have had the ketchup, mayo and dust. Absolutely delicious. Completely changes even a boring ham sandwich. Sprinkle over Mac and cheese or even fries Definitely a staple for our cupboards from now on.

Truffle dust heaven
Got the truffle dust a few days ago and oh my god. Have you ever just swigged a spice out of a jar? Because I did and it was GLORIOUS.
(This was after eating it in Fettuccine Alfredo the night before... and in a cheese toastie.)
Just wanted to say it is a cracking product and I will be ordering more.

Sort out your packaging! So much plastic.
Product was nice but postage & packaging was ridiculous. Such a big box and so much waste and plastic wrapping. Sent a comment into them but no response, clearly don’t care!

Worth the wait
I had experienced a non delivery, though to be fair this was not the fault of truffle guys. After some back and forth the customer services team resolved the issue kindly and resent the item.
The product I ordered was the truffle dust. It's is pungent and delicious.
All's well that ends well.

First Class Service and Products
These guys definitely deserve a mention. Ordered two bottles of White Truffle Oil..they arrived and one of the bottles was obliterated in transit. Couldn't heap enough praise on the first class customer service...so understanding and professional. Top notch work guys!! Please don't change lol. 😀
