We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the fire itself, but we sincerely apologise that the subsequent communication regarding your remote control did not meet your standards. To clarify our process, we can confirm that all remote controls are verified and securely packed within the item's original packaging prior to dispatch. Due to their compact size, they can occasionally be overlooked and inadvertently discarded during the unpacking process, which appears to have occurred in this instance.However, we deeply regret that our handling of this matter felt dismissive and that communication was allowed to lapse. This is not the standard of care we aim to provide. We would welcome the opportunity to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Please contact our management team directly so we can discuss a resolution. To note the price of a remote is £25 and is not 'deal-able' especially when it has been discarded, most customers would totally understand this.
