It's an area I know extremely little about and Dom explained everything perfectly, so I fully understood what I'd get from what I signed up for. What's great is he doesn't try and upsell. You pick what you're comfortable signing up to and he then makes everything so simple and runs through everything step by step. Great, friendly and faultless. Had a great chat with Trulife Financial representative Max Taylor. He’s a credit to the company - talked me through everything to do with the critical illness cover. Really happy I’m now covered, if I’m ever seriously ill I can now know my business can run without me with the financial cover this package gives. Max ran through all the packages in thorough detail and never pushed me towards more expensive options. Instead he allowed me to make up my own mind which was very much appreciated. I ended up going for the premium cover and when max explained the additional cover you get for an extra £3/month it was a no brainer. Very happy with the service - did not feel like a sales pitch at all, just a logical discussion on how this service can ease the stress for people who own business’s. Great company and great reps, cannot recommend enough.
