Trulyoffice Reviews

Unsure if this product is really what is said it was. When I placed the order I started getting emails wanting to verify if I placed the purchase and wanted me to answer questions. Instead of getting an email with the link to download the product I was going to have to wait 2 or 3 days before I received the product. It felt very suspicious and was not how you would typically receive a product that had to be downloaded. I was wanting to use the product immediately, not have to wait days to use it. I canceled the order. Not sure the product is legitimate.

Your product is easy to use and user friendly, It is superior to Microsoft Office. You provide an excellent alternative to Microsoft, which gives consumers like me, other options. Your customer service agent was very helpful in the set up of your office products. I really like it. I am no longer held hostage by Microsoft! Thank You!!

Had a little trouble with one of the links after that set up went good . product seems very good still learning but spread sheets already super helpful

Great value. Program was easily accessible & download smooth.

Had a problem getting it through Amazon. They kept telling me that they were holding it for authorization even after I paid. So I decided to call directly to "truly office", and it was a simple download. So far I haven't had a problem it is working well. Good job!

Great program much like Microsoft and I don't
have to pay annually for it.

TrulyOffice gave me plenty of help with installation. I used it for a few days and was satisfied with the performance but had some questions. So I downloaded the instruction manual and found it very helpful. Now I'm excited about this affordable platform.

Software is just like Microsoft Office at 1/3 the price. Hopefully files mail ok.

The whole reason I bought Truly was so I could open and edit word docs that are saved locally on my google drive. It doesn't work and your rep couldn't make it work. The app is missing A LOT of functionality making it a pain to use. I should have saved my money and put it toward a MS Office download.

So far, so good! I had one little error that was my fault, but other than that, it works well converting my other software data. I am looking forward to using it more as time goes by.

I am absolutely thrilled with the TrullyOffice app! From the moment I started using it, I was impressed by its sleek and intuitive interface, which makes navigation a breeze. The features are incredibly useful, allowing me to manage my tasks and collaborate with my team efficiently. The app runs smoothly, with no glitches or slowdowns, which has significantly improved my productivity. I also appreciate the responsive customer support, always ready to assist with any questions. Overall, TrullyOffice has transformed the way I work, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and user-friendly office management tool.

Truly Office is great software, but I already have Soft Maker, and Truly Office resembles this software.

Great customer service! Prompt responses to the few questions that I had. Security is very important to me and I am trying to stay away from Google and Microsoft if I can. Really only use spreadsheets and I see no difference from Microsoft Office except for the price!

The product works as described. After using the big name company for40 plus years I got tired of buying new software that no longer worked with THEIR new and improved windows. Looking forward to using your products.

The whole process was quick. It didn't take long from buying to installing.

Customer service was good.

What I would change in the first email to customers is to give a point form of what to expect ie.

* awaiting confirmation of payment
* receive confirmation of payment
* links to download program

I am a long-time user of Microsoft Office, however, I'm NOT a fan of renting software. I have looked at several alternatives; looking for a MS office compatible program that did not have a steep learning curve. Truly Office does that for me. This package is perfect for home and student use and probably for a lot of small office users. Highly recommended!

I have been using an old 2007 version of office on my desktop computer. I got a new laptop and could not even install this old version of office on my laptop. I switched to Trulyoffice and was able to get it on both computers and it works great. It opens my files just fine on Trulyoffice.

I thought I was buying programs but evidently not. Please cancel and refund

The problem was resolved very quickly. Emre was very professional and helpful.
