I recently designed and purchase a custom. Version of 821. Started out at 1990 ft and with both Ingas and Vaida’s tireless help we have a 2600 ft 4 br plan. The Extrodinary difference between Truoba and others is that they are fast and helpful with all changes and very inexpensive for the quality and brilliant design ideas that they come up with. In addition they are very nice and patient as I know from my many changes they were always professional and helped me to make my home so special . Ingas the owner is a man you can trust. He is very ethical and does precisely what he promises. No need to worry about sending payments. His plans are incredible with mine over 26 pages . They include Plumning, electrical and everything you can imagine including color renderings of all Elevations . They also site your house on your lot with correct placement and give recommendations as well. The type of quality and special Scandinavian design skills are rare to begin with and Truoba is real thing working from Northern Europe any State side Archetect would be at least triple the cost and still not as good. and their homes blow people away when done and are not nearly as expensive to build as they seem. Most Archetect’s are not thinking of costs and waste Ingas however does. They also do high end natural finishes in wood and interior trim min and 8 ft doors with high ceilings make all the difference well worth the add costs and make a huge difference . I give Truoba 5 star and I highly recommend them to design your home or project .

We worked with Trouba to design a custom home based on a mix of their existing concepts. They were thoroughly collaborative throughout the process and supported us all the way through to city approvals. We especially appreciate their attentiveness in offering ideas and solutions, ingenuity to guide us in making the most of our floorplan, and creativity in enhancing the design aesthetic. After consulting with several different architectural firms, I decided to go with Truoba. I love their design language. So I decided to buy a Truoba plan and then have them make a couple subtle modifications.

We worked with Truoba to design a custom home for our property in Washington state. Ignas and team have done a phenomenal on the home design. We received our final plans have started working with an engineer and local government. The engineer had some minor feedback that we plan to have Truoba address. So far working with Truoba has been a seamless process. I will continue to update this review as we move through the home building process.

My reason for choosing to work with Truoba was how impressed I was with how strongly all of the on line reviews stressed how responsive Ingas was.

My experience pushed the envelope of the required responsiveness needed to get our project done.

Our project started as a "modify the 615 to conform with ADU zoning requirements". It soon became clear that would not be possible and we switched to a full custom design. Issues of zoning still emerged but Ingas and Viada who joined the team stayed incredibly responsive to both zoning requirements and my dream of creating a 900 sq ft ADU with the look and feel of the 5400 sq ft home we are downsizing from.

I now am moving forward to construction with a solid set of build drawings and specifications knowing I made the best possible choice working wth Truoba.

i live in Germany and came across a Truoba design that i liked on the internet. I decided, instead of searching for a local architect, I was going to ask Truoba LLC to create the design for my new home in Germany. I could not be happier with this decision, they made this whole process a very pleasant experience for me, someone building far away. So patient, always responsive and professional. Truoba is unique in architectural design, when my wife and I were looking for house plans to build our home, we wanted something that provides contemporary design with a combination of the traditional elements of Mediterranean architecture and nothing came close to this design from Truoba. We made some requests for modifications to fit our vision and Ignas and Vaida were very responsive and worked efficiently to get us the changes we wanted. We were very pleased with the results and they even provided us renderings of our final design. The plan/construction package is very detailed and organized, it will make building very easy. We look forward to seeing our home when we complete it, it will be the perfect architecture and design!

If you are looking for online home plans especially Mid Century Modern plans don't waste your time at other sites! Great plans and great people at Truoba.

Ignas and crew have been very pleasant to work with. I needed custom plans with 2 master bedrooms in case my elderly parents need to move in. They ensured everything was ada accessible and were open to changing even the smallest of details at my request. I’m looking forward to starting my build thanks to these guys.

Truoba was amazing to work with on our tiny house plans! The process was smooth and their communication was excellent. We made several changes to our plans, which were turned around quickly and exactly as requested. Once the final plans were delivered, we shared them with our builder, who was extremely impressed by how comprehensive they were. I can't recommend Truoba enough!
