I have been a client with Trusmile for many years nd am.very happy with their expertise and customer service . They also have competitive prices and offer payment plans to make it affordable for everyone !

Company has non-existent support. I had to go to my bank and actually dispute the charges because of their lack of communication. Expect a 5 day minimum for returning an email if they return them at all. I made my first impression and sent a photo of it for verification before I made the rest. Waited 4 days for them to email back saying it looked good go ahead and make the rest. Made the rest and mailed back. Waited 3 more weeks for them to email me saying the impressions were no good, buy another kit and try again. This time I was told I had to make the impressions while on video conference with one of their technicians. These technicians were only available during normal business hours which of course I’m also at work for. If I didn’t do it while on conference my refund was void. I said ok what’s a good time so I can take a day off of work. I never received a response. Had to go to my bank eventually and dispute the charges. They may have worked for other people but in my opinion they are a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. I have purchased from this company 6 times over the past 3 years. This past August I purchased another another brand new veneer for my top teeth. Not only have I still not recieved my product but the company has decided to just completely ingnore all requests for updates or information. They respond with " thanks for your patience" and that's it. I'm not sure whats going on but they damn sure took my money and now it's just crickets... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Overall I had an amazing experience with trusmile, I did my research and looked at a few different company’s and trusmile was the one that had the most realistic vaneers at a realistic cost. I got my first pair within a few weeks and wasn’t completely satisfied with them so they remade them to my satisfaction 🤩🤩👌

So far I like the company. It didnt take long to recieve my impression kit. I will say take your time and do your impressions and follow the instructions because they charge $25 for new kit. Once I receive the veneers I will update my post to include quality etc.

If your lookng for that great smile I definitely and highly recommend Trusmile! They have made the process of getting veneers super easy. The communication has been amazing and they have been very patient with answering all my questions and concerns. I am super excited to have my new smile. My biggest mistake is not purchasing them sooner.
