Trust Removals LTD Reviews

I have used this company a number of times and alway found them to be totally reliable, very responsive to emails/messages and reasonably priced

The 2 delivery guys were letting me know exactly when they were arriving and then arrived on time. Friendly, professional and courteous. Can only recommend

The team at Trust Removals are so helpful! They responded immediately after I put in a request. Offered me a great price, and had amazing communication from beginning to end. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

They went above and beyond to get my sofa into my apartment which was no easy feat! Positive, smart and efficient - communications from the get go were brilliant! And great fair pricing. Will 100% be using again!
Thank you

I have used Trust Removal on several occasions now for both deliveries of large pieces of furniture and an apartment move. 10/10 service each time - reliable, trustworthy and friendly staff. Ok each occasion they went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible and ensure you are happy. Couldn’t recommend more!

Fantastic service from Trust Removals! The team were professional, efficient, and took great care with all our belongings. Made our move so much smoother. Highly recommend!

Alex provided a same day delivery at short notice. The price was reasonable and the service was prompt and friendly. Will use again and recommend.

I met Alex at Trust removals for a bed delivery and he and his colleague helped me take it in and deliver it. I was so happy with their service that I hired Alex again for a separate move. He communicated quickly and gave me a great rate, came on time and even worked on Christmas Day. I felt comfortable and Alex was quick and did a great job. Would definitely recommend Trust Removals.

Alex and Ali worked non stop to get us moved. We had several delays in an on off moving situation but they fitted us in at short notice and arrived on time to get us moved. Great communication, helpful and friendly , I recommend them as reliable company and easy to deal with people.

Alex and his colleague were amazing very helpful, efficient and on time. They took good care of my belongings moving from one flat to another. The job wasn't easy but they made it stress free and I will highly recommend their service for moving home!

5 star service all around: response, communication, punctuality, professional, and committed to getting the job done to satisfaction. As movers go, they exceeded my expectations. I will be calling them again!

Called mid afternoon to organise collection of a large and heavy table from a store and all delivered and assembled safely same day late afternoon, great service!

Great service - early delivery and put together carefully.

I have used Trust Removals twice now for collection of large items from stores and delivery to my home address. They have been brilliant both times. The first piece of furniture was far heavier than the shop had estimated but with some help from neighbours we managed it, Trust Removals were really willing and helpful. On the second occasion the store didn’t inform me that the person collecting would need the original receipt until TR had arrived to collect! Very frustrating! But TR were really calm and again helpful, they went on to the next job and met me there later in the day so I could hand over the receipt.
I would highly recommend Trust Removals and will now always go to them when I need a collection/delivery service.

Amazing service, quick on time and so helpful , l would highly recommend Trusted removals for your move .

Alex and his colleague was great. They worked safely, quickly and efficiently. I was impressed they managed to fit everything in. They arrived bang on time, too. No complaints at all. Highly recommended. We’ll be using them to move all our stuff out of storage soon, too. See you soon Alex!

Alex was amazing today and arrived promptly as expected he went out of his to purchase the missing screws for my wall mirror installation at B&Q with no extra cost. Very polite and caring chap from the booking to the end of delivery and installation. His pricing also was reasonable. I can confidently and boldly recommend this company to any one who requires their services. A happy customer, Alex continue your good works. Bless
