Magnolia Homes was a pleasure to work with. They were very thorough in their inspection, and we felt they went above and beyond in their work. We were with Nick. He was polite and professional. He answered all our questions and provided suggestions and alternatives for improvements (maintenance and safety) around the house. Highly suggest working with them.

Nick was incredibly professional and friendly. He went over his report with us after he was done in incredible detail. Providing us with an easy-to-read thorough document, including pictures, suggestions on items needing attention, and pointing even pointing out advantages of the home. We were to meet the inspector at 1:00 on the day of the inspection. We were happy with his friendly, knowledge and patience with any and all of our questions. If there was a question he couldn’t help with, he was honest in telling us - a lost quality in this day and age! He was very thorough and respectful.
