No Integrity or Trust in Trustpulse
I used Trustpulse on my website for more than two years. I signed up for the $9.00 monthly package. It is an annual billing. I canceled the service before the third year was complete, believing that the cost would be prorated and I would receive a partial refund for the unused service, which was a reasonable expectation.
However, I was informed by email from the agent that they won't issue any refunds after 14 days of purchase, as this is a "strict policy." Apparently, my term does not end until June 2026 due to their payment scheme.
The $9.00 a month appears to be a deceptive ploy to lure customers into committing to a yearly term of the product. They sent emails asking how they could retain me as a customer. The product is not needed for me. Not only is the financial commitment deceptive, but the customer service agent did not value my experience. I do not recommend this company because I believe there is no integrity or trust at Trustpulse.
