Be prepared to pay
The site drags out the process. Along the way it prompts/pimps you to disclose information for unclear reasons. Getting to the pay portal takes you through innumerable, redundant windows with generic teasers; it’s a psychological game to make it easier to swallow the fees demanded before release of any information. I was unwilling to pay; I couldn’t convince myself that a report which TruthFinder said was only 75% reliable would be worth a penny.

I made an inquiry about myself. It was my understanding I would be charged $5.00 for the inquiry however my bank acct was charged for 28.33 plus the 4.99. I did not realize I had signed up for monthly charges. I feel directions were misleading. I did talk to a gentlemen by the name of Victor who verified memberships and xxxx etc has been canceled and the $28.33 would be credited back to my account. Im assuming that the $4.99 is for the one time inquiry.

I used the service once to look for a friend and wound up with reoccurring billing for a subscription that I didn't want or need. I called and spoke with Sophia who helped me cancel and claimed I would be refunded. We'll see

At first TruthFinder was decent. When I renewed I had all kinds of problems. No updates on messages, no phone updates for over a month. Couldn't see location and almost every day I couldn't log in. I spoke with support and all they did was say sorry. No compensation for lost time.

Needed to look into a bad Apple
Are use the service to help us with a problem person in our family. I didn’t realize it was a subscription service so after I canceled it, I noticed another charge. I contacted them, and they immediately issued a refund. Will definitely use in the future if I need to! I’m usually very wary of things like this, so I was very pleased with the results!
