Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company, beware!!! I have NEVER received my product (it’s been 5 months), and I have attempted to email the company several times. Their email address is not valid, so my email is returned… they have no phone number included in their website and their chat feature is non existent. Good luck if you order anything from them…
Update 4/29/26: no email response was ever sent to me as promised in the company’s response (see below). I continue to receive mail delivery failure notifications when attempting to email this company.

Order 10608 received with no instructions at all just a charging cord. was able to charge it fully but it doesnt turn on. If there is some trick to activating it there should be some sort of instruction. I am feeling as if ive been scammed out of $80. I would not order anything from this company.
Thhis is an update....I found a manual on their website which answered my questions however it would have been more helpful if there was some info with the product rather than nothing.

I never received my order but it says it was delivered I have tried from the night they said it was delivered to reach someone to help me it's sad that people spend money on things and never get them this is the only package I have not received anything else I ordered comes to me so now I'm believing that I was scammed no one has emailed me back or tried to call me never again order 7478 I called the post office and they told me it was not a order with that tracking number with them no email came

This is sold as a luxury vibrator
This is sold as a luxury vibrator. The same is sold for $12 on Temu. They also offer a 30 day money back guarantee. They will ignore your email, ask for multiple photos, and then tell you you do not meet requirements- even though there is no evidence of use. They will say it’s unsealed- it CAME unsealed. All emails come from some random company called French Ecom, and although the shipping box came from California, they expect a return to Luxembourg. Which you need to pay for. Then it has to pass expection there? I disputed in PayPal, did not receive response. Turns out they responded through a random email. Then PayPal denied. They also have false tristpilot reviews. They depend on you giving up. This is a scam.

I even reached out to the company that hosts your domain and I have a few more routes to take before I reach out to the state that is keeping your information protected. The easiest solution is for you to check into your alternate e mail addresses or troubleshoot the one you have provided on the website. If you are not a legit company would you just let me know so I can cut my losses?
