This company is a FRAUD! Do not order anything from them! The repeatedly charge your card and play dumb when you cancel and inform them to cease and desist all charges. They charge your card and tell you it's a VIP store credit that you log in and use when you are ready. No!!! Don't charge the card. That was not the agreement. This presents a banking nightmare if you have to change your long established banking information to make this go away. Reporting this further

This company,I don’t even know where to begin.Allfemme continues to send me products that I have NOT ordered.And it’s been stall tactics to every degree.For a product I did NOT order.Allfemme will NOT order refuse to give me an address to return a product I did NOT order.Furthermore I have sent Allfemme pictures showing that the product has NOT been opened.And they are still refusing to send me information to return this product.I would NOT recommend anyone to deal with this company.And the product I did order, they send the product repeatedly over/over again within the same month.My next step is to have my bank to block them from my banking information.Well better yet ,I’m going to change my banking information and get a new card.

Like everyone else reviewing here my experience has been TERRIBLE, they have used my card details without my permission to pay themselves for ‘VIP store credits’ for $50 a mere few days after I received my first order, now they have refused to refund this and I don’t want any more of their crap products, I have had to get my bank to block them from any further access to my funds , they issue an ai response to your emails and their website doesn’t function properly so you can’t even see what you’ve stupidly got yourself into. AVOID at all costs

They are scammers I ordered two months ago and when I contacted them they gave me fake tracking number

Very poor product. Don’t order because they will keep billing you even if you cancel. This company is fraud!

They don't have very good customer service, or at least I can't seem to get anyone to respond or help me out with an order , I have been waiting a few days..

Be careful with them assuming you are subscribing for monthly repeats even though you uncheck every box possible. They will then not reply to your emails or cancel your subscription. The worst part is they won’t even provide a login to their website so you yourself don’t have the opportunity to unsubscribe.

I ordered, but their website actually charged me another fee without me ordering the product. It's like there's a glitch in their system. I contacted them by their email address to cancel, and this is what message I received.

The same message was sent to me on the 26th and 27th, and I received no further emails after I wrote to them again about cancelling. I have not heard back from them. I went to my bank to dispute the two charges and am currently waiting for the outcome of the dispute. They are a fraud and an awful business.

Complete scam. 🚨🚨. Will change prices and auto renew your purchase without your permission. The first time I bought it. The amount total, was different to the total on the checkout and then that was different to how much they took from my bank account. The product took ages to arrive and doesn't do anything. Then I tried to cancel a subscription I didn't know I had because they charged my account again. Stay away from this site.

The website shows one price, throws advert after advert after advert until you press 'purchase' where they charge you 5x the amount.
They also charge you for delivery to your address.
The package has taken 2 months to come and its a 'protected parcel' that can only be picked up at a central post office which opening hours are in the middle of the day.
Very sneaky website, very slow delivery and I cant even review the product because I will not be able to pick it up.
Money down the drain
