I made an order for $22.99 and I was surprised when the delivery showed up that I need to pay an extra $92.12 Tariff Fee. When I contacted customer service they told me that they solved the issue but they didn’t as the package was delivered again, with a request for $92.
I asked the company to cancel my order and refund my money. To this moment I’m still waiting for an answer. If the website had clearly said there would have been an extra tariff fee when I ordered, I never would have submitted the order. They wasted my time, their time and the delivery driver time.

Updating my previous review—this has now been fully resolved, and I’m very impressed with how the company handled it.

While I initially had trouble getting a response regarding shipping timelines, their team ultimately made things right in a big way. They ensured my original order arrived in the US and even went above and beyond by sending an additional order to Australia at no extra cost.

That level of customer service and willingness to fix the situation really stands out. I appreciate the effort to resolve the issue and turn the experience around.

Happy to recommend based on how they handled everything in the end.

Ordered the Pomegranate Tea blend they have. Let me just say, it got to my house in the US from Turkey in about 4 days. That is amazing. The tea is also high quality, fresh, and good to the last sip. Will be looking to order from them again.

The boxes were my size of my hand the cookies are away too small. Every cookie is a size of half bite. I never see the cookies this small. Is it for small kids?

Very disappointed they sent me a box of Dubai chocolate that’s been expired for 2 months.

I spent $250 with this merchant and received the items after almost a month. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor and the quantity was less than what was promised. This was very disappointing and not what I expected. Due to my experience, I strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this merchant again.

Excellent product, fast shipping, love them

As a new customer of a few months and about 7 orders in, I am in awe of tryaladdin and all of their new and wonderful products. Their packers are top notch and the shippers are phenomenal. When they say 7 days, weather permitting, they mean it. Whether you purchase the already made product or the products to make your own your way, the cost is way below anywhere else I have found. (And I have done my research) I am a customer for life.💖💖💖

Ordered Dubai chocolate plenty of times from Aladdin, but the last patch came yesterday damaged melted and it is only within one week of expiration date. I was assured shelf life would be at least six months and up prior to ordering. No indication that the expiration date will expire soon on the regular discounted product page.

After contacting customer service they just told me one week is fine to eat 36 bars before expiration and “ANY DISCOUNTED ITEM” will arrive almost expired. Well if that is the case add that to the product webpage.

It’s not worth it, bad customer service, almost expired dry products, I will report this to different entities.

Update: No one tried to contact me as of yet! This company is simply not trustworthy.

The company was great I woulda gave a 5 but the chocolates I ordered ( No fault of theirs ) were abit dry? The filling in the middle was very dry . That said they didnt have something I ordered and offered me a replacement product which was super good and better then the original !! Thanks again

I had a great experience with Aladdin. I ordered baklava and künefe-style kadayif (kafayif), and I was honestly impressed. The package arrived from Turkey in just 4 days, which is insanely fast for international shipping. Both items were fresh and tasted authentic, like they were made the same week.

The prices were also very reasonable, especially when you compare them to what these desserts actually cost in Turkey. Considering the quality, speed, and portion size, it was a really good deal.

If you're craving real Turkish sweets and want them delivered quickly without paying ridiculous prices, this website is absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Fantastic. I ordered some chocolates as gifts for friends and family. They shipped fast and arrived in sooner than expected. Customer service was very helpful in resolving my concerns as well as very engaged with following up on those concerns. The chocolates are delicious. Everyone who recieved them loved them. I would decibel recommend Aladdin to anyone.

Aladin shipped my products to Greece when others didn't. I received them quickly, it was as described. I am very pleased!
