Too early to advise on effectiveness as only taken them for 1 month.

Still early days but the signs are good.

Both the beetroot and turmeric capsules do what they state they will, but be patient, don't give up after a month. I have arthritis in my knees I noticed a slight improvement quite early on but I am just starting month 3 and I really feel a huge difference. I have now ordered again

Easy to order. English company.l dont like beetroot so I take tasteless capsules instead. Win win.

I can't give a better star rating as I have only been taking the capsules for a month....I'm not certain of any difference, but will continue.

I was pleased with how quickly they were delivered and felt the price was reasonable.

On my first order I ordered too much by mistake! I phoned the number on the order and spoke to a very nice gentleman who refunded me immediately and sent my correct order out the same day. I received it very quickly. I have been taking the product for a few weeks now, and am hopefully improving in my health as a result.

Order and delivery simple and efficient, to be honest I have not been taking them long enough yet to feel any major benefit. But they taste pleasant enough and are easy to take.

I started taking the beetroot tablets about a month ago. I can't say I've experienced a vast improvement, but I can say that I believe they are improving my overall sense of well-being. I'm 85 and cannot honestly expect miracles, but I think I will see positive results as time goes by. The Company did say it could be a couple of months, and I figure that's about right in my case.

The beetroot capsules arrived promptly and were well packaged. They are easy to swallow. I take them at breakfast time, so it is a routine that is easy to remember.

Taking these has helped my blood pressure reduce so will certainly continue taking them.
Interesting that my son also has had his BP reduced too by taking them.
So for me that's a great benefit.
