Missing order
My order went missing. I contacted Habitual and Rebecca posted a replacement straight away. Very impressed with the response time and no quibble service. Shakes and porridge are great too. I’ve lost a stone and half in under 4 weeks. Thanks again Rebecca.

Poor range of products
Poor range of products, I don’t like the soups, but the shakes are ok. The banana porridge is lovely & pretty consistent, but the morning porridge is very hit & miss with consistency, even with sachets from the same box?
Some come out thick & some watery & loose, I treat each sachet the same?
To stick with the same flavours for 9 months (NHS) is boring & a huge ask.
The shakes range NEEDS more flavours.
If there were more flavours that I liked, I would happily buy them, after my NHS plan had finished

Our range includes 10 meals across soups, shakes, and porridges. We understand that preferences vary, especially over a longer period, but the NHS programme is a fixed, free plan and the duration and product range aren’t something we’re able to change.
We appreciate your comments on flavour variety, particularly for the shakes, and will take this on board as we review the range. It’s good to hear you’d consider purchasing products after completing the programme.
