I give this product 5 star because I received my order under 14 days. Just starting my journey with Root Revive today. Will update after completion of my first month or two. Praying...

I give them a 5 star review on communication and assurance. First of all… They’re real. It’s a legit company under a commonly used name “Lumin” however, you have to do your homework first and foremost before making any assumptions or PURCHASES people. Their website as we know is on “Shopify” and the website will develop better as time allows. They are a fairly new company and you need to have patience, have some literacy skills and READ up on how to contact them if you have concerns and lastly, I actually have spoken to at least 3 different people who have been patient with me as I expressed my concerns about scammers, authenticity of the product and the integrity of the company and still having said all that I said, their professionalism stayed tactful and my concerns were turned into confidence. If there was anything that I can say for improvement- bigger print on labels, improvement on website development for more options, less AI and more raw energy from real persons. AI is good marketing for special effects but nothing beats people who actually have used the product and the staff so we feel more prone to purchase. I will support my people until they give me a reason not to. My spirit agrees with this product as well as the people I spoke to. I hope you all give them a chance. One more thing, when you go on the website through the Shopify app, it will give you a option to contact them….. EMAIL ONLY and THEY WILL RESPOND. Do not slander them and say it’s a scam…. No it’s not, they are new and still in development. Stop bearing false witness. Okay thanks lol

I don't know about anyone else, but I love my Lumin Root Revive! Doesn't make you sick to your stomach like other vitamins. I pair my Lumin with Orré Naturals Hair Revival and my hair is just growing in my crown and edges and I'm still on my 1st bottle will order again!!! This is my Holy Grail mixture! Now I'm going to add Black Girl Daily vitamins to the mix!!

Mine came with 17 ingredients, 60 capsules with instructions of 2 a day. I broke my dosage up to once in the morning, once in the evening to check my body response to it. Now I just take both at the same time. Good hair everyone! I hope ya'll get to find the real Lumin Root Revive and experience your transformation.

They lied saying money back guaranteed Noah do not work on everybody's head it tells you 46 weeks they recharge your card you don't even have to sign up for a subscription they seen you what they want to send you and know they do not give you back your money

I'm not sure why people are not receiving their order. Right now, I'm on my 2nd bottle and is staying consistent. I used Nutrafol for 2 years and saw no results. I decided to try this because they said it's geared towards people of color. I hope that's true.

However, now I'm trying Root Revive. I do see a little filling in the crown area. I'm doing other things too; scalp massager, a red cap, stem cell treatments and a natural oil mixture. I figure I give Root Revive 6 months to see. I'm doing the inside & out approach to see if any changes.

I ate 3 bags of the Lumin hair growth gummies. They didn't work. I sent am email to the company explaining how they did not work for me. These were not cheap. This is the response........

Please save your money.

After spending hundreds of dollars on creams and hair oils my edges are finally coming back in. I’ve been losing my edges for the pass three years. I was devastated. I went to my doctor. They had me try minoxidil which didn’t work. I was seeing all kind of ads on Instagram and Facebook for different oils and DHT blocking pills. Those didn’t work neither. I seen a lumin advertisement and decided to try. I must say that I am very happy with the results. I wish my edgeswere growing in a little bit more faster than what they are, but they are definitely growing in. Today I am getting ready to purchase more bottles so I can keep getting more results. I am very pleased!!!

Do not purchase anything from this company. Pls do your research.

I was a little reluctant about the product at first, but I stocked with it I actually can see some fuzz on my crown and edges. I have menopause and my hair came out really bad, I tired so many products and nothing seemed to work until I started taking Lumin hair vitamins my order didn’t take a long time to come. I have been taking them since November of 2025 ❤️

This company is a scam for sure. Pretending to ship and deliver your order. When you inquire about it their email comes back as not found. I am looking forward to seeing this company sued any day now. DO NOT BUY from this company.

I just received my lumin gummies. The packages were smaller,and some of my gummies were stuck together. I have been taking them while usi a monoxidil topical solution and I am seeing a little peach fuzz wether it's the monoxidil or the lumin or both who knows

Purchased products Sept 2025! Got email that label was created, nothing else! Emailed them
In October they said they were backdated and would get out soon! Never got products! Emailed in January was giving an apology and said product would be on way, never got! Emailed again they tried to offer me 20% off but still never shipped order. Asked for refund, still haven’t gotten a refund. Very bad business practices

I do not know if the product is good or not but I have received it twice. I don’t know what’s up with the review saying you haven’t received it but after I use it for about 90 days, I will update.

The product is working for me. I'm actually seeing hair returning in places that have been gone for a few years now. I'm post menopause and my hair has suffered tremendously. It's a slow journey but, I'm taking the pills as directed and it's working. 🥰

I've been taking the pill for over 30 days. I have CCCA & i tried everything you could think of & finally i found a product that works I see peach fuzz on my scalp.. never have I before. So excited 2 see 3 months.!!

Price very expensive. Why did the advertisement change from people of color to caucasians on the advertisement every time I click on the link to order? I thought these were supposed to be for people of color but I see more none people of color on the advertisement now. that is very different than when I received the pop-up advertisements on YouTube and other social medias

The package is much smaller than pictured on the internet, and the gummies were stuck together when they finally arrived (I believe from China). I saw no appreciable difference with regards to hair growth. The official Lumin site does not allow for submitting reviews. Lastly, check the Black woman with locks/ cornrows featured in the ads. She is AI generated. Company is a scam, don't fall for it.

I ordered a product that I never got, never got a refund and they are trying to charge me again. This is complete scam and these positive reviews have to be fake!

This is a bogus company they sent me a roll on called Babdmisre claim that they changed the name and this product came from a Riley
