Do not buy. They make you sign up for a subscription service and then do not allow you to cancel. I have been trying to cancel since December (over a month). They take weeks to repsond and then offer you a "deal" to stay, repeatedly. I've finally got them to agree to cancelling but they said this will take a week - and may or may not be resolved. This is my first Trustpilot review, I do not normally feel this strongly but I urge people to not buy from them.

DO NOT purchase! Scam will not respond. I’m sick to my stomach that I even purchased first order. I tried cancelling and that didn’t work. Bounced emails back. They have charged me three times and I’ve only received products twice. I’m trying to cancel but I have to tell my bank to block them.

I blame myself for not checking here before ordering. Total scam! I can’t cancel my subscription, which I never agreed on, I’ve asked multiple times. It’s good I never gave this sh.t to my kids

Absolute SCAM. Avoid. My child had blood in his poo after taking this product. And they con you into buying more than what you agreed. AVOID !!!!

Over the past week and a half I have tried to end a subscription that I never signed up for! I originally bought one product for my child to try and received two free products. The following month I got sent three more products which they charged me over £80 for, claiming it was a subscription. Then they kept refusing to end my so called subscription. 5 emails later and they have said they will pass it on to their subscription 'team'. I've contacted my back to block them and I'm going to seek legal advice too, possibly report them for fraud.

I bought this for my 4 year old son. After 1st dose he got diarrhoea so therefore did not want to continue. I asked for my subscription to be cancelled but they insist on continuing. I repeatedly asked for them to stop sending me their products and cancel any subscription (which i did not sign up for) but they continue taking money out of my bank account. I had to contact my bank in order to stop them from taking money out of my account.

Like everyone else says, please avoid this company 'Try Nature's Fix' for your mental health.
They are scammers! They need to be investigated and stopped.
Buy once, they automatically start billing your account! You can't stop the auto- subscription from their website or get them to unsubscribe or refund you.
Do not give your kids their products, they are not genuine!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

No delivery to Spain.
No refund and no product delivered.

I’ve tried multiple times to cancel my subscription and no one responds. This company is a scam.

Really upsetting experience so far with nature's fix with Paraguard drops.

I ordered initially the Paraguard drops which arrived *without* the two free items on the offer,
After having to prove with a video that I hadn't received them, they then sent them.

SINCE THEN they have taken £133 for a 'repeat subscription' including items that I didn't even initially subscribe too because they were free in the buy three get two free initial hook and line offer.

I asked immediately for a cancellation same day, as I didn't get a 'up coming order' email like other subscriptions- which is legally required, because of companies just like this.

I was met with a really strange guilt trip email that said:
Direct quote-

After all, being the kind of mom who keeps her family protected year-round is something to feel proud of, and we’re here to make that easy for you.'
Yuck.

No one has answered me since saying no, I cannot afford this and do not want your product. It's also made no difference to my children thus far.

At this point I don't even trust what's in these drops.

The number is also unobtainable.

Will absolutely be taking this up with my bank. Good one, scammers.

This company is a scam! It is impossible to end your promo subscription. The customer service tries to have you stay subscribed or pay the difference from the sale price. Do not order from this company.

This company needs to be shut down! Its a scam and yes you receive the products but there is no way ypou can cancel the subscription only through them! As one already mentioned, they prolong the response to gain more money! Best option, contact your bank and block and if you can report! I have!

Same as all the other comments, it is a scam and they enroll you automatically - two billing cycles of products you don’t even know you enrolled to…..

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They will not send me any nutritional information, will not provide a refund for unopened products, and their packaging is very sketchy. I screwed up and should have researched before purchasing. Do not make the same mistake as me.

really bad! please never subscribe with them as it is impossible to stop subscription! you can’t do it on the website, and need to contact them which they refuse to it and keep trying to persuade you to continue it! when insisting on the cancellation they insist on paying the fee difference that subscription and non subscription price was. also products are very overpriced

Total scam!!! Be ware! You can’t get out of the subscription. The first bottle i got in a packaging that smelled so bad. I don’t want to use it. Because I don’t trust it anymore. But I can’t get the subscription stopped. I thought the company was called natures fix. And that company has good reviews on trustpilot. But they were just really cleaver and only use the “try” in their website. I am really angry and annoyed..

It is very hard to cancel the subscription. Stay away. They try to buy time by replying late or trying to offer other options, trying to change the frequency of subscription, even though I deliberately asked to cancel asap. It is taking me over a week with many emails, trying to cancel the subscription, because there is no cancel subscription button found anywhere on their website. I am still in the process to cancel... I will have to call my credit card company to block them.

Dodgy company who dupe you into a subscription…crooks! I never signed up for a subscription that was obvious. The first lot arrived and was smashed so I was expecting a refind…instead they charged me £32.60 a month after I purchased the first load of rubbish from them. Avoid! The product also seems very watered down and not what they are advertising!
