Scam....
Wish I had saw the reviews before getting scammed same as others. Like others I thought nothing paying £1.95 for test /quiz results next thing they taking £30 from bank account. No mention of subscription or anything. Trying to cancel is a nightmare but luckily my bank sorted it all & got refunded. Hope they get shut down soon as disgusting what they are doing to people.
Absolutely no stars for this company they are a complete scam. I have to wait for the payment to move from pending to paid and then I will be raising a claim with visa. Absolutely disgusting praying on vulnerable people
Absolute scam. I paid $1.95 USD for a test and then got a charge on my credit card for $42.13 CAD. They did not respond to an email and there is no way to even access account info when you log in.
As everyone else here has reported, this is a scam, and unfortunately I fell for it. I believed I was making a one-time payment of £1.95 for a report. At no point was a recurring subscription of £29.95 clearly presented, nor was my informed consent obtained for a recurring charge. There is also no visible account area, subscription confirmation, or accessible record within the report itself indicating that a subscription exists.
As such, the £29.95 charge taken via Apple Pay was not authorised. They requested that I use an application for 7 consecutive days, and provide evidence of having used it in order to obtain a refund – for anyone else out there this is irrelevant. There are consumer protections relating to:
• Undisclosed recurring payments
• Lack of informed consent
• Misleading or unclear purchase flows
Under UK consumer law, charges made without clear, explicit consent are refundable regardless of usage. If they don't issue an immediate refund, ask your bank to do a chargeback. I had to cancel my card and block the company, but the fraud department at my bank kindly issued a refund and are investigating on my behalf.
*UPDATE. They did all the refusal emails detailed in other reviews. I have now entered a dispute through HSBC who have been really helpful but will have to wait and see how that turns out. I have also reported my debit card as compromised and will get a new one in a few days. I Have reported them to National Cyber Security centre, the government website and though it’s only £29.95 it’s the principal of the thing, and not knowing if they’ll try it in every month!
I fell for this scam too! They say they do a test for £1.95 then without any agreement try to take £29.95 a week after. I’m hoping the bank will block this if not I will have to close my account and open a new one like some others have said on here. Why didn’t I look at trustpilot first!!??!! Basically should be no stars.
I’m so annoyed I fell for this. I declined charges and got a new card and I STILL got charged!! Emails not working. No phone number provided and the address is fake. My bank kept telling me to contact them for cancellation! I ended up having to create an ENTIRELY NEW BANK ACCOUNT. So freaking frustrating.
Complete scam, preying on people with neurodiversity issues. Morally disgraceful.
I had £29.99 taken out of my account and yet they refuse to refund if I haven’t used the app for 7 days consecutively so “customers can experience what we have to offer”.
Did the IQ test from an ad that appeared on my Facebook. Paid £1/95 to access the results. About a month later I find £29.95 has been debited from my Paypal to continue the subscription. I never agreed to that. It turns out that in the terms and conditions there is some clause that by paying to access the results you are signing up to a subscription. Which is very misleading and sneaky. This company know exactly what they are doing and get complaint after complaint but they are making money off it so they will probably continue.
Signed up to get the report for my 'autism' test, which was £2 on 28 December. Now I am having weekly attempts to take £30 from my account. I have blocked them in my bank, so they cannot take anything, but that is beside the point.
I have emailed them, and they have said they couldn't find anything linked to my email address, but upon sending the proof that I did use that email address, I have since been ignored.
As many others have reported definitely a scam. Currently exchanging emails with the "support team" who are insisting on me sending screenshot that prove 7 days of usage before they can process a refund.
Completed survey > paid the £1.95 to receive my report with the intention of probably cancelling the monthly subscription that you agree to sign up to
> received an email that prompted me to log in - it states no app required at this point
> was unable to log in as I wasn't provided with a password
> followed the password reset link
> didn't receive anything so contacted the support team who sent me the same password reset link
>did a Google search and found numerous reviews similar to what Im writing
>requested a refund only to be met with their demand of sending screenshots with them referencing their terms and conditions
>anything I've said since has only been me with them pointing to their terms and conditions
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Currently in the process of speaking with me card supplier to report it, biggest concern being them taking more money
Although I'm still in process with the bank, this is a complete scam. I wish I could get in contact with Miss F. but hopefully this will help others.
TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION you can't use the dashboard that they direct you to. It's impossible, no options. HOWEVER, if you go to: tryneuroflow with .com. after that as well as /login (sorry Trustpilot doesn't allow actual links)
after you log in, at the very bottom of the page in the footer of the webpage is a "Manage Subscription" link. From here you can cancel - assuming it works. I just did this today after receiving a pending charge. I suspect I will have to fight that charge even though I cancelled AND sent them an email to hello [at] tryneuroflow [.com] telling them NOT to charge my card.
BUYER BEWARE. They are disreputable.
This company is very sneaky so beware if you sign up to any offer on social media that they will likely take more money from you whether you sign up to anything or not. This appears as Personality Quiz on social media- nice and vague initially but after payment is taken this appears as NEUROFLOW but is actually tryneuroflow.com deliberately trying to confuse people to think it’s Neuroflow in Philadelphia- it isn’t.
I paid for a £1.95 report offer on social media after completing a questionnaire and was told to sign up on the dashboard (you don’t even have to download the app to see your results they said!).
So that’s exactly what I did. I was then offered different ongoing payment amounts for either a monthly or yearly subscription. The company claims there’s no risk and you’ll be informed before any free trial ends- you get signed up for that too it seems- even if you don’t knowingly agree. Then no further emails about the end of the trial and after 7 days I’ve been charged £29.95 for my first month!! To say I’m angry is an understatement.
It gets better…
Contacted customer support to cancel any subscriptions they have given me without my consent and I now have to provide screenshots of 7 days of usage to prove I gave it a fair try because their terms and conditions state they don’t have to refund you if you don’t give it a try- even if you’re not aware that’s what they’re doing!!
I was unable to cancel any subscription myself because there’s no means to do so on the dashboard link they send once you’ve bought the report. No account details, just nothing.
I tried cancelling in Apple subscriptions having paid for the £1.95 report offer using Apple Pay- no subscriptions there- because I didn’t sign up to a subscription!
I will be disputing this with Visa if they don’t refund my money. Absolute sham company and made even worse that they claim to support neurodivergent people when really if this company make even one month’s subscription from this report scam that’s a lot of money.
The transparency they claim to offer around signing up and informing when the trial ends is non existent and I would guess that buying their report means you’re signing up to a trial for 7 days- even if they don’t explicitly state that, that’s what happens.
This company seem to think that helping neurodivergent people means they will be reading through all the terms and conditions of sign up which having worked in this sector- I know is highly unlikely. Or perhaps that once the payment is out of people’s accounts, some won’t have the energy to fight it which will involve multiple phone calls to the bank and emails to tryneuroflow.
It’s awful. I really feel for anyone who is taken in by any social media offers of ‘support’ from this company.
There are other companies- Inflow for one-that aren’t affiliated with this company- another reviewer mentioned Neuroflow which is based in Philadelphia-the charge I received looks like it’s from Neuroflow in Philadelphia but the payment has Kuanas Lt on it as well. Their company details on the tryneuroflow.com site are 123 Health Street, Wellness City!! Company number 123456789! Not even attempting to hide their scamming. Last update of their terms and conditions was also apparently done via time travel to April 2026.
I would say this is a ‘company’ in Lithuania posing as the company in Philadelphia. Definitely an absolute scam and very frightening to be stuck in this situation.
Once my bank has concluded its investigation I am going to close my bank account and open a new one as I fully expect these scammers to take money from me again and I no longer feel safe with the bank account I have. I have reported tryneuroflow.com to the National Cyber Security Agency. I hope they can bring these horrible scammers down.
EDIT- my bank concluded my investigation in my favour in less than 2 days- confirmed scam. STAY AWAY FROM tryneuroflow.com!
For the other reviewer-KEA- hello! I’m sorry they got you. I did what you’ve described to cancel the subscription and next time I logged into it the subscription still showed as active again! I had a very positive result through my bank so I really hope the same for you and I would say get a new card and probably a new account too as I’ve no doubt when the 13 months are up on the Visa stop charge (apparently Visa only allow 13 months then the same company can take money again and you have to report it again- crazy but set by Visa apparently) so I shall change my account entirely and never touch another online quiz!
Took an online quiz and paid £1.95 for a report that I never received, which in turn set up a subscription for £29.95 a month that I didn’t commit to. Unable to cancel subscription through the site and contacted them through the only available email they provide, and the response I got was that they were unable to find an account set up in my name (but have no problem taking an unapproved transaction!!) and now they have stopped replying to emails. Do not fall for this scam!!
It’s a scam. They ask for a small fee of 30p for test results which then signs you up for a £29.95 subscription.
I did not even ever get any test results and this is now the 2nd month they are still trying to take £29.95 from my card, even though I’ve cancelled my subscription. This is a fraud, just to get vulnerable people’s card details and exploit them and get away with its. Its disgusting!!!
websites claims a small 1 time fee, but signs you up for a subscription service. the terms of which are only available on the payment info page, in tiny writing, that is almost impossible to see if your colour blind. their "money-back guarantee" requires you to jump through a bunch of hoops that they likely know people with ADHD wont have the patience to see through.
there is also another company called Neuroflow (not Tryneuroflow) that seems much more legit and unaffiliated with this company.
I took Neuroflow's autism assessment that had been target marketed to me on Instagram after viewing some autism-related content. At the end of the assessment, I was asked to pay £1.95 to view the results. As this was a relatively small fee, I agreed to pay. I received an email receipt for this charge that made no mention of a subscription. One week later, the company charged me £29.95 for a monthly subscription. I had not agreed to this. There were no terms and conditions relating to a subscription when I paid to view my assessment results. On emailing the company I was told that I would need to provide 7 days worth of evidence of using their app to be eligible for a refund. I responded by telling them that I had not used their app. I did not even know there was an app. I simply wanted to view the assessment results. Neuroflow continued to insist that I must provide evidence that does not exist before deciding to ignore any of my subsequent emails. Absolutely disgusting service. I have filed a Visa dispute to claim the money back.
