I’ve been trying to be more consistent with my wellness routine and this was such a good addition. The capsules are easy to take and don’t leave any aftertaste which i really appreciate. Started taking the black seed oil about two months ago on a friend's recommendation. I cannot believe the difference in how i feel overall. I've tried so many supplements over the years and most just sit in my cabinet gathering dust.
