Updated Review: So we got a response after I submitted my review and they are actively seeking to make changes based on our feedback! Very friendly speaking with Arin and Lucas about the operations, the goals and services they wish to provide. Since their visit quality has improved and response from support has also improved! I will post updates as time goes on but much better after chatting.

Old: Where to start, Food shows up cold, Options are the same across "different spots" There is no flavor example the mashed potatoes would be better from a TV dinner, at least those are seasoned. Sure you place your order for lunch time but it's not helpful when they cancel your order 4 minutes before it is supposed to arrive so you have no chance to order a replacement and now you have to go out anyway so you can eat something at least. Or when you try to contact customer service and there is no one there to receive you're feedback or answer your questions. In the off chance there is someone to respond the only thing they will say is "this is not our intention" or "sorry we missed this time" the only reason I'm writing this review is there have been so many misses I lost track. Not to mention they raise the prices on items that start to get ordered often, our team shares options that seem ok and stay within the company budget that has been set and when we all start ordering it they raise the prices without reason or warning. One star rating is still too high in my opinion but here we are.

Food quality is pretty good

If i can rate this half a star , i would. They claim that this is a start up and that they are using our company as a tester… when it clearly shows that other companies are being lied to and told the same thing. Warm food is cold , hot food is warm. They even charge for damn napkins and utensils. I can’t believe we stopped using forkable for this, and that’s saying a lot!

All these 5⭐️ reviews super very dubious. Picnic makes the same five things and masquerades them as different restaurants. The food shows up cold and/or so early it sits around for half an hour before you can eat it. Hot food shows up cold, cold food shows up hot. There is also so much packaging waste from each employee getting a bag rather than one large group order. My company moved away from DoorDash and now uses Picnic, such a downgrade in mine and my coworkers opinions.

It's too good to be true.

Whenever I'm in LA, I always order my lunch via Picnic. Super convenient - I order it in the morning during my commute, then it's ready for me to pick up at lunch time in between meetings. I have a few go-to favorites, but there are always some new options that look very tempting

What more can you ask for, great selections for lunch, no wait time, no tips, and you get it inside of the office before lunchtime.

Great customer service

Picnic is the best thing to happen to the office lunch! I know I can have any kind of meal I'm craving and it will come right to my office.
Delivery times are consistent, I can plan my lunch and not have to worry about it.

Our office manager found Picnic a few months back, and its been a game-changer for our office lunches. The variety is top-notch, the service is incredible, and the cost doesn't begin to compare to any online service! Its so easy to use, I can split orders with my co-workers, get catering, and our company sometimes picks-up the tab and surprises us! I'm so glad you exist Picnic!!

The quality of the food is consistently great, and deliveries are on time, if not early! I also love their transparency with updates, so I always know where my order is. It’s clear that Picnic genuinely cares about the experience it provides, and it shows in every interaction.

It's awesome the time of my lunch break I'm saving everyday just ordering through Picnic and picking up right at my office. I was exhausted of the long lines during the lunch hours, now is so simple. And the craziest thing it's THEY DON'T CHARGE YOU FOR THE DELIVERY!! You just pay for the food.
