Do not waste your money. Took 1x month to arrive. Customer service is none existant. Product does nothing, taste's disgusting and has No nutritional information anywhere on the packaging.

A good quality product. I was skeptical at taking first. I’ve always been quite athletic even after retiring from the fire service I was still enjoying long beach and cliff path runs, surfing and playing football with the lads on a Friday evening but at 58 I’ve found my energy and stamina levels took a nose dive. After a short while of taking the shilajit gummies I feel great like winding back the clock 10yrs
