Not as advertised, much smaller than in the pictures. Adhesives stopped working after 1 week. Joke of customer service just told me to buy new ones ?! AVOID

Drop shipping for $80 more than AliExpress
This site claims to sell 6 foot cherry Blossom lights. 6 feet is 182 centimeters. Once received, we found that they were 30 centimeters short. The company even confirmed that they were 150 cm via email. Shot themselves in the foot there 🙂 Told the company and asked for a refund which they state they provide “free refunds” and a “90 day moneyback guarantee” directly under the add to cart button yet they offered a 50% refund and had the nerve to offer 20% discount for a future purchase which was an insult. They are currently denying a refund altogether, despite it saying on their website that they give a free refund so they shot themselves in the foot there as well??
Then proceeded to blame the customer, not acknowledge anything they’d done wrong & claim that they were doing the 50% refund out of courtesy, which is just a joke. We have screenshots and email proof of everything. Whoever is behind this company is a nasty piece of work.
The product is sold on AliExpress for a fourth of the price that they sell it for. This company is a drop shipping joke, a scam and you best believe that we will take this further over $100 in 2026, where things are hard enough to afford already; let alone a product that was not what was advertised on the poorly made website. Educate yourself on laws before opening a Shopify “business”. Save your money and go to AliExpress for the same damn thing. Thanks.
