I should mention they offer a discount after ordering if you leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot- I did not do this so don’t know if it is legit, but it explains what shows up here- many 5 star reviews that are not about the product itself.

I actually am very pleased with the product but the pressure after ordering to leave a 5-star review and order additional products, contradicting the merits they tout of the original product, is off-putting. Also, I placed a one-time order but they attempted to charge my card the next month for what I assume is a subscription I never signed up for.

In summary, try this balm, but purchase from a reputable company.

I haven’t used the product yet as I just placed my order yesterday, but I did do some research online and this company rated #1 so I thought it was worth giving it a try.

Got my product in a very timely manner. The packaging was nice. The moisturizer is smooth and thick with no smell. I have only been using it for a few days, but I like it so far.

I ordered the whipped tallow & honey balm. Unknowingly I was placed on an auto ship. When I contacted customer service via email, they apologized, offered 25% discount to keep the product and take me off of auto ship. Now, keep in mind I received a 3 month supply however they shipped it out within 30 days. Believing that the auto ship problem was resolved i accepted. Here it is, a few weeks later and again my account has been charged and the customer service department stated that I still show an open auto ship. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company and still no positive response from customer service. Beware

They offered me 25$ to leave a 5 star trustpilot review before I had received my product. I saw that I need to affirm that I have not received an incentive for this review.

Very interested in seeing how this product works. However, didn’t love the website set up, very scam looking but the reviews convinced me to give it a try.

I only wanted a one time purchase and Serabel has continued to send me their product every month as well as charge my account. I have tried everything to get off this list and discontinue the subscription that I did not subscribe to and have not gotten any help so far.

Easy order and great discount. Waiting on my product to arrive and will give a more details about using the product and what it did for me personally.

Simple to follow and easy to understand. Ordering was a breeze.

Scam. They lock you into a subscription. No matter how many emails I send they can't cancel because they don't have me as a customer! Well they don't have ANY PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD EVERY MONTH!
The product itself is nothing special. Customer service is non existent!

Easy to purchase. First time you get a great discount. Not sure how great the product works because I haven’t received it yet. But I will return an update this review later.
