I found the site very suspicious only having two products on it I came over from YouTube but before I put in any credit card information I started doing a little bit of research. Trysilkyglow very suspicious silkyglow seems to be the set you would want to go to has numerous products but I have to do a little more research

Absolute scam. They take more than they originally say the price is and they have taken 2 extra payments. Card has had to be blocked and bank notified to dispute the transactions. The razor isn't even that good

I ordered razor online, then the company tried to take more money from my bank, luckily bank got in touch with me but I had to block my card and get a new one, razor took 2 weeks come and isn't very good, tried to shave my underarms but no hair came off, wouldn't recommend

I ordered this product around May, it came but it was very cheap quality. Not only that but I had an attempted charge of $40 for the "VIP Membership",it didn't go through because I didn't have much funds in my account. I contacted them and proceeded to cancel the membership which they claim that it was canceled. Okay cool, don't have to worry about it....WRONG July 2nd I get my money taken from my account from a company called TRUEBENSHOP.COM. I don't have any active memberships so I know it's the them. Horrible experience and I'm waiting for the charge to process so I can file a dispute. This is ridiculous. As a poor person its ridiculous these scammers rob innocent people of their money. That money was going to go to food but now I have to wait.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!! We saw an ad for a shaver for $4.90 from this website and decided to give it a try. When we went to check out, they quickly charged #21.95 for shipping. Ok, so it's not as cheap as we thought it would be but it better be a good product!
The next day, They ran a charge for $26.85 for my order on my card. The next day, they made a 2nd charge for $39.99. This was NOT approved and we have no notification of why we're getting this extra charge. We only received an email from our card account stating that the charging company has updated their original charge and we are not being charged $66.84 for a product that was only supposed to be $4.90. THEN, we received ANOTHER notice that they are trying to charge ANOTHER $28.65 to our card today.
I've closed my card account and unlinked my bank accounts to try and stop the theft. We've also filed a dispute with our card for the fraud.

Worst company ever. I purchased a shaver and they charged my card recently for what I have no idea. I contacted them but it will take 72hrs to get a response. After reading other reviews I will contact my bank to get a refund.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would. Absolutely scammed me with this "express shipping" that i did not even choose. And then bratty when i rried to cancel. They have no sympathy for ehat there doing, i mentioned i was a broke student and was under the impression that this was 5 dollars and they said they couldnt cancel the order even tho i sent them an email 2 minutes later. Absolutely disgusting and i cant even get my money back yet because its only speculation this is a scam. IT DEFINITELY IS. do not buy please

So my first review on this was on April 2025. Once someone places an order they automatically register you for so call VIP customer and start charging you $40.00. Thr first time they tried to take the money out of my daughter (17) years old's account. We sent emails and also filled in an cancellation form. So everything was fine until this morning they tried to take 40 dollars again after two months. This company is a disgrace and makes me feel sick that even after explaining and cancelling th3 subscription they are still trying to take the money out. FFS that money is for my daughter University.

There is no real human in sight, it's all AI based. Reported my daughter card as stolen to the bank. She will get a new card with new number.

AVIOD AT ALL COST. The trimmer isn't even that good.

This company is a total scam! I was trying see how much shipping cost so I clicked next and the it says your order is confirmed. Then when I went to cancel the order it stated being that they are a small company your orders are unable to be canceled. The product was less than $5 and the are charging $15 books for shipping. I will have to call my bank once it clears to dispute the charges.

Terrible!!!! Never even finished checking out but they charged me for the product + two more payments that were at least double the original price!!!!!! Had to freeze my bank card :(

Do not order from this company!!! They will charge you so many different fees then NEVER send the product!! I’ll be disputing the charges since they have refused to respond! Order from Amazon or somewhere trustworthy, but definitely NOT from this place!!
