I ordered this on February 28 and it said it was delivered on March 6th but it wasn't delivered to me or any of my neighbors. I've emailed 8 times and gotten no response. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and hopefully I'll at least get my money back.

Scam!!

I received my razor and it cut both my legs so badly it looked like I had a fight with a cat!!

They advertise there is 0% chances of nics…tell that to the cuts on my legs still healing & I’m 40 years of age and can shave my legs at this point!

They advertise full money back guarantee and this is false! They initially offered me 30% and I get to keep the product (wtf would I want that?!).

They then offered 50% and I keep the product (again, I’d rather keep the skin on my legs!).

They eventually offered me full refund of the product minus the shipping as they pay their carrier for this….sounds like a them problem.

I never accepted this offer however when I continued to email complaining they just stopped replying. I received the refund but I’m still short the full amount I paid.

Why would I be out of pocket for a product and service so badly falsely advertised.

If I don’t receive a response, I will be reporting to trading standards and ASA.

Based on the reviews they’re getting and lack of responses they obviously do not care much about reputation so we need to get this place closed down or at least their advertising changed to avoid anyone else getting caught up in this terrible company.

It’s horrible quality and cuts you everywhere even with proper prep. Cheap razor blades. They say you get money back guarantee if not satisfied so I contacted them about this and they never emailed back. All their comments are deactivated on their Instagram which i think says a lot. Just do yourself a favour and don’t give them your hard earned money.

Takes your money, never sends product, doesn’t answer emails or inquiries for days and when they do, it’s just fake bullshit to shut you up. Placed my order in January, it’s the end of March and it’s still saying “in progress “ yet the shit customer service team tells me “it’ll be here soon” I won’t! Don’t waste your money! This is a scam!!!

If I could rate them zero, I would. I ordered my razor on February 24th. On March 4th, I was notified of an "exception" on my order due to an "invalid address," and it was sent to the "Raynham Hub." My address is correct, yet they didn't provide the hub's location or a contact number. I messaged them with pictures of the notification and tracking number. Katie Peterson quickly responded, asking for my full address, which I provided on March 6th. Since then, I haven't heard from her are anyone else from this company. I've reached out numerous times with no response. At this point, I just want a refund or at least information on the hub's location so I can retrieve the item myself. They need to respond to their customers. I'm just over it and this company is awful.

I received this razor a few weeks after ordering, but unfortunately, I am very disappointed. It does not perform as advertised or as the reviews suggested. Instead of a smooth shave, it cuts me everywhere, leaving me bleeding each time I use it. I expected much better quality based on the product description, but it has been a frustrating experience. I would not recommend it.

Having to update my review as after waiting a long time for it to arrive (no choice other than to pay express delivery) and reading other reviews i was convincedi had been scammed. However the razor finally arrived. I was skeptical about using it after seeing so many complaints about people cutting themselves badly when shaving but i took my chances and I was pleasantly surprised! I didnt cut myself once. Have used under arms and round bikini line and it was fine. I usually get bad razor burn, ingrown hairs and irritation with standard razors but so far no problems.

Not sure i would recommend still, you can get similar ones from amazon for half the price that actually come next day. But its definitely not as bad as i was expecting.

Literally a joke! Cut my legs to pieces and when I wrote a review on their page they removed it straight away! DO NOT BUY all sounded too good to be true and it was what a waste of money

Never received product, no response from customer service after several tries.

Item never arrived. No response to emails asking for a refund. Don’t bother!

Please do not by this product, there website images are all copied do a google image search they claimed far too many satisfied customer when the company is brand new. The razor came from China and far from what it claimed it fit me to shreds!
