I bought this toothbrush a couple of years ago and I love it, so last year I got one for my husband. Sleek and simple design. A good reminder to change the heads when they automatically arrive and being able to return the old head for recycling is brilliant.

Took the time to answer my question and research my issues. In the end, a full replacement was issued and damaged product was returned postage paid back to company.

I bought my brush in 2023 and have loved it, it ever went to Australia and back on a single charge. When I had an issue with it not charging, and after mistakenly ordering the wrong replacement charging stand the team at Suri were very quick to resolve all my issues, troubleshoot what had gone wrong, and send me a replacement all within the space of a few days and a few emails. I’m really happy that this level of customer care exists still, and I’m really glad to spend my money with a company that’s actually committed to replacing and recycling parts.

Just a toothbrush right? How much better can a toothbrush be anyway? Actually, Suri is surprisingly good, at least as good as the hype if not better. Definitely buy the brush, you won’t regret it.

Extremely convenient and budget friendly being able to have tooth brush heads on subscription. Love the fact you can send back used heads for recycling in the bag provided. Having brush heads and toothpaste on subscription is a great idea.

I am loving my new Suri toothbrush!! I am so glad we got the travel cases as well. The cleansing function is a great bonus.

The ordering process and delivery were all great and easy. I have subscribed to replacement heads and done one change so far.

I love the way the toothbrush looks and feels. It's a more traditional shape than many other electric toothbrushes. It is also a lot quieter as well.

I haven't had time contact customer services but all the contact I have had with Suri has been positive and supportive. 10/10

Been a Suri customer since the start with Suri 1 but decided to buy the Suri 2 for the faster speed and pressure sensor. The brush is significantly better than Suri 1 and gives a great clean. The brush still has the same great ergonomic feel as the original. Delivery was relatively quick given that it crossed the Easter weekend so overall rated the product excellent.

The sustainability angle drew me initially, it was a good enough reason, simply to want to change away from plastic but then the experience of using it each day made it a massive treat, so much better than any brush I'd used previously. This is the way forward!

The company does great in replying to its customers. Great customer service. I've had issues with their toothbrushes but it always get resolved.
