They did not know what stock they had…
They did not know what stock they had and then told me they would send a cap for free. Now I’m being invoiced for the “free” cap. They seem to be missing internal communications and are not aware of what their business is doing.
Follow up: They contacted me and made things right. They do try hard.

Gary, we're very sorry to hear about the confusion with your order.
After looking into your account, we found that there was an open credit memo that should have been applied to your invoice. We've corrected that, voided the payment that was processed today, and confirmed that you were also refunded for the three items on June 17, 2026. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right, and we truly appreciate your business.
Their work apparel is very good
Their work apparel is very good, stylish, and durable. As a truck driver, these are vital as safety with style is always great, making the wearer respected and professional, and very affordable.

5 Star customer service!!
This was a last minute purchase for a Christmas present and nowhere else had the item available, let alone that I could order and get before Christmas.
The representative who helped me on the phone went out of her way to ensure the item would be shipped from the warehouse location that could get it to me in time for Christmas. I was beyond happy and grateful. She waited on the phone with me while I submitted the order online so she could receive the order and process it right away.
My experience was above and beyond. She was also very kind and personable and we ended up chatting a bit. Great customer service like this is uncommon, unfortunately, but you all are keeping it alive.
Thank you!
