I ordered 2x pairs of Men's Razor Sports Pants. I opened only 1 pair to try them out, wore them for a few hours only, over 2 days and found the inner lining coming apart from the waistband. I sent an email with photos to report the faulty product, only to receive a response 4 days later, with no solution due to "Company Policy" and a "Gesture of goodwill" special discount on the next order. I asked if it was possible to return the unopened pair and be sent another style, willing to pay the difference, but they said if the unopened pair wasn't faulty I can't return it. This made no sense.

Upon a 2nd attempt to sort this out, I was told I could return the unopened pair for a "Restock Fee" of $4.50 plus the cost of the "courier" to send it, and once again there was nothing else they could do due to "Company Policy". Still no real solution or real customer service. Only in the company's favour.

I had shirts printed for a bucks party. Their T-shirt designs were spot-on, and the print quality exceeded my expectations. The colours were vibrant, and the fabric felt soft yet durable. The team was super friendly, and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Quick turnaround, great pricing, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future orders. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch custom T-shirts!

T-ShirtPlus made my shopping experience fantastic. They offered excellent customer service, were very experienced and attentive to my needs, and were able to make recommendations that I definitely appreciated. The products really surprised me in a good way. I got what I expected in terms of quality, and they delivered more than what they promised. I would highly recommend my friends and family T-ShirtPlus, and I will definitely go back for more purchases.

Don't use this company - they're TERRIBLE. It's just a fancy website made to look like a trustworthy local business, BUT in fact it is run by one guy who outsources all of the work and printing to colleagues overseas in India.

The service is absolutely horrible - it takes days before you get an email response, if ever - and when you do it's very rude, blunt and the bare minimum - they don't offer any solutions when issues arise.

If you're after cheap and cheerful with no service and no guarantee of when or what you'll get - maybe this is for you.

If you're after good business where you can speak to a local person and trust in their expertise, and get a product that is of good quality - then DO NOT go with this company.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered three clothing items (a hoodie and two tshirts) with company text and logos. For two items the printing was completely misaligned and very noticeable as the images/text fill the whole back of the shirt/hoodie. Tried to organise a replacement and was told that it’s not perfect but our policy says it can be tilted by 2cm and still be acceptable. Offered me a 7.5% off my next purchase. What a joke. Save your money and find a company that’s willing to say when they did not do their job properly.

Was sent the wrong item, sent them an email showing my order vs what was sent to me. Sent 3 follow up emails. Not 1 reply. Called, was told I'd have a resolution within 24hrs and nothing.

I ordered hoodies for our soccer team, and was impressed by the excellent customer service from Ali in designing the hoodies, then they were delivered quickly (only 10 days) and are of fantastic quality! I'd happily use T Shirt Plus again.

I recently had an issue with an online order and wanted to share my experience. I received items in the wrong colors, and despite my attempts to resolve the issue with the seller, they were not taking responsibility for their mistake. I expressed my disappointment to them and attached relevant documents to support my claim.

While I appreciate their prompt response, I urge the seller to take full responsibility for their error and address the issue as soon as possible. The mistake has caused inconvenience and delays in our operations, and it is crucial that they resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Overall, I hope that the seller can learn from this experience and improve their accuracy and customer service going forward. I would recommend that they take customer complaints seriously and take the necessary steps to address them promptly.

Fast and good quality and great service, they even make the effort to contact you if the colours clash, so you can alter before print.
