No lo califico con 0 porque no ee puede, en fin, estafadores, pides y no te traen nada. Llevo meses esperando un reembolso.

If i could review 0 stars i would, i ordered 2 pieces of product from them in December 2025 which cost me almost £30 i received a confirmation email right after and told it would arrive in 4-5 working days and i didn’t receive anything, i emailed them and they emailed back telling me to be patient and it could take up to 2 weeks for it to arrive. This happened over and over to the point they said it could take a month or more to come, i had enough and asked for a refund and they told me it could take 3 weeks for a refund its now February and i still haven't received any order or refund. i had to get in touch with my bank in order to get the refund which i did but it didn’t come from them the bank gave me it. do not order from this website they claim to be a website but have plenty of other websites in different names with the same type of home screen, they’re scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I ordered some clothes through TikTok from them, apparently they have many "different" website but they are under the same name, for me it was called BRANDVAULT, well I ordered a lot of clothes from them, spent a lot of money, thinking that I can start a reselling business. Thank God that in a matter of days I found out about it on trust pilot and submitted a fraud claim in Revolut, thankfully got all my money back.

Guys if you’ve ordered clothes, don’t expect it to come lol it’s a scam. I don’t understand how it’s not shut down yet

I made several purchases, and after receiving the payment, they sent me a confirmation message that the package would arrive within two days. I had chosen DHL, but so far they haven't responded. I think it's a scam, so everyone should avoid it.

Es una estafa pague y nunca llego el producto. Y en la página no tienen opciones de chat ni comunicación para servicio al cliente. Es decir ellos saben lo que hacen y no responden . Alguien debería hacer algo para parar esta estafa .

do not buy from this site, or on tiktokshop, its a scam learn from others mistake and save your money guys.
i orderd as everybody else and nothing came after months

DO NOT BUY anything from this company. 4 weeks in and nothing has arrived. ( ordered tracksuit bottoms ) I had one email replay saying to be patient as it’s busy period and it will be with us by 6th dec. ( ordered 5th November ) but as expected no package arrived.

Against all odds I placed an order for 3 shirts.
I received a confirmation email and even a “personalized” support address supposedly from someone named Simon. Looked legit at first.

One month later:

No shipping

No tracking number

No updates

No response from the store

I tried contacting the support email listed in their order confirmation… and it doesn’t exist. The server literally returns address not found.

I then tried the “official” customer support email on their website.
Also complete silence.

At this point it is obvious:
This is a scam store.
Fake contact details, no customer service, and no intention of shipping anything.

Avoid this website completely.
Do not order.

I ordered 33 days ago and it was supposed to arrive in 5 days. Got a confirmation email and nothing since.

I never received my product and got zero updates. First, they emailed me a confirmation saying my purchase was successful. Then, two days later, they sent another email claiming my order wasn’t complete and that I needed to pay again. Definitely do not recommend!

J'ai commandé sur le site en aout et je n'ai jamais reçu la commande.
A chaque fois que j'écris au service client ils me proposent de patienter 10 jours ou de demander un remboursement.
Je n'ai jamais été remboursé non plus !!!

Don’t buy guys it’s a scam I purchased 4 pants and paid extra to receive them faster and never came

I ordered from them on October 10th and since then I have had no news. I sent some emails, I received two responses saying my order would arrive on November 10th. We are now on November 5th and they still have not sent it. They also said that if the package did not arrive on time, they would provide a satisfactory solution. This looks like a scam.

ITS A SCAM!!

They send you a confirmation email then ghost you, they dont reply to emails and never send you any product. Its a scam, please dont waste your money.

Never got a confirmation email and don’t have any details on my order
