The session was excellent.
Activities increased in skill and ability gradually so you felt the improvements you were making and practicing in real time.
The overall experience was really great for me as I rely on my voice a lot in my job where connecting with others meaningfully and building rapport and trust is paramount to my success.

The Art Therapy session for Leaders was just fantastic. I had no idea what to expect but Anya made us feel so welcomed and at ease. The instructions were clear and the activity very therapeutic. I am amazed that The Wheel of Wellness activity could be that impactful. Something Anya said that resonated with me: The more healing a counselor undergoes, the more he/she can give healing. Everyone needs to take a bit of time and do a self check and the activity definitely helped with that today.

For me the session open my eyes about myself and parts of me I need to improve in areas that I didn't think was important and have kept me back in life and not realized it. This was an eye opener.

Completing the Leadership Emotional Intelligence Assessment (LEIA) and the GC Index with TTM Hub was an insightful and valuable experience. Together, these assessments provided a comprehensive view of both how I lead and how I make an impact.

The LEIA offered excellent context on how I perform across key dimensions such as self-mastery, empathetic leadership, resilient adaptability, influence and relationship building, and social and cultural awareness. It clearly outlined my strengths, areas for development, and opportunities for growth, helping me better understand how my emotional intelligence influences both my personal and professional interactions.

The GC Index complemented this by revealing how and where I naturally contribute the most value within a team or organization. It provided a clear picture of my unique strengths as a Game Changer, Strategist, Implementer, Polisher, or Play Maker, and how to leverage these traits to maximize individual and collective impact.

The combined insights from both assessments offer practical guidance for self-improvement, collaboration, and leadership development. I would highly recommend the LEIA and GC Index to anyone seeking to deepen their self-awareness, understand their natural contribution style, and enhance their overall leadership effectiveness.

After completing my Emotional Intelligence assessment with Lara from the Talent Management Hub, I decided to continue my leadership journey with a review of my GC Index profile — and it proved to be an equally powerful experience.

Where the EI session gave me clarity on how I manage my emotions and relationships as a leader, the GC Index session uncovered how I naturally create impact. Rather than treating it like a technical debrief, Lara guided me through a conversation that revealed patterns I had never noticed before. My profile highlighted me as a strong Play Maker (10) and Game Changer (7), balanced with scores across Strategist (6), Polisher (6), and Implementer (6). Lara brought those numbers to life, showing me how they play out daily in the way I lead and collaborate.

What impressed me most was her ability to link the framework directly to my real challenges. She translated theory into practical strategies I could apply immediately — how to lean into my Play Maker energy to bring people together, how to channel my Game Changer mindset without losing focus, and how to strengthen my strategist, polisher, and implementer muscles without dulling my core strengths.

The combination of both sessions has been transformational. EI gave me the foundation, and the GC Index added a sharper lens on my natural leadership impact. Together, they’ve reshaped how I see myself as a leader. If you’re serious about growing in a way that’s both personal and practical, I can’t recommend Lara’s coaching highly enough.

I had a wonderful experience. Results were on point with my strengths and pitfalls. Additionally, I received practicals to help mitigate those pitfalls and in some cases even enhance my strengths.
