I have been using Tubeat for almost a year now and they do not disappoint me ever! I love them so do not plan on switching warehouse services anytime soon!
One recommendation I have is for Buy Requests! I wish I could see tracking numbers or order updates when I have Tubeat order for me! I am a group order manager so I like to keep everything organized on my end and it is hard when I can not order from a site and have Tubeat order for me and can not see any updates on my order!
With that, I still would recommend Tubeat to anyone looking for a Korean warehouse service! <3

we've done a really late buy product request (before a few hours of the event end) and tubeat still was able to complete it and help us. it was a stressful few hours of waiting to be honest but it was worth it :D

i've finally found THE proxy. tubeat is just IT. super fast and hassle free experience. i've let them ship 2 parcels already and everything came in a perfect condition. the team speaks fluent english, is super friendly and always ready to help. really fast replies from the customer service. and the website is really user-friendly, you can track your shipments, send payments, place buy requests, request them to take a photo or record a video of your items etc. i really am SUPER happy with the service!
