Tunbridge Wells Shutters Ltd Reviews

Excellent service and excellent quality. Steve from Tunbridge Wells Shutters was professional, informative about the different options and kept us updated on delivery. He also was honest about the timeframe it would take to make the shutters initially which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this local firm and we LOVE our shutters! Thank you.

Really good service and excellent quality shutters- Thanks Nick and Iain! Highly recommend!

I spoke to Tunbridge Wells Shutters in June and someone came round within a few days. He took me through everything , including the fact that delivery could take a long time as a result of covid. I wanted to go ahead and measurements were taken. A quote was emailed through quickly and my order placed. I was kept in touch with delivery information. When available an appointment was made for fitting and I am very happy with the standard of both fitting and quality of the shutters.

Great product, installed by professionals, good company to deal with, very happy, this is the second time we have used them.

All done with great care and skill. Very jolly to deal with too. Highly recommend.

Excellent job. Recommend this company.
The fitting was well done and the workmen are extremely tidy.

Even if there were delays that were out of their control, I felt well informed of the progress as I waited for my shutters.

It was worth the wait we are very pleased with the shutters There is lots of light and we can close them for privacy they look great.

Very user friendly. Installed efficiently and really pleased with the outcome

From beginning to end, very professional and I cannot fault the work by Steve & team. The customised shutters were 5* and very pleased the results.

I’m very pleased with my plantation blinds. Importation restrictions meant a slightly protracted wait for fitting… but it was worth it !
Steve communicated the issues for fitting very well and when they came, I was delighted with the result

Fantastic service from Nick and team. We're so pleased with the shutters, they look great. I would recommend their service with no hesitation whatsoever!

Excellent shutters, they look really smart and kept us cool in the recent hot days. Great service and communication from
Steve and the team. I’d highly recommend them.

Great service, great price, and great shutters. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I was extremely impressed with the cost, friendly service, workmanship & professionalism of Tunbridge Wells Shutters. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again & highly recommend to others. Why use large, impersonal companies when you have such excellence on your doorstep!

Brilliant job. So pleased with the result.

Quick and efficient process from start to finish. The shutters are even better than expected and the fitters were professional and friendly, highly recommended.

Amazing Service from start to finish. We love our shutter blinds. Professional installation from the company directly. Very nice finish.

Can’t recommend highly enough everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional, and the shutters are exactly what I wanted they have transformed the room

A great service from start to finish. We are delighted with the final product and installation. We ordered shutters for our lounge, kitchen bay window and study, and then the upstairs bedrooms (which all had integrated black out blinds). The guys turned up when they said they would, worked safely and cleanly and didn't mind us interrupting them to see how things were progressing.

The shutters have transformed the house and we are totally in love with them. I would recommend TWS to anybody looking to have shutters fitted.

Professional and polite staff who endeavoured to meet our particular needs by ensuring pre installation visits and accurate planning ensured a smooth and successful installation. They also never failed to return calls and gave honest updates when discussing timescales.
I have no hesitation in recommending the team. Well done!
