tunefulhair.com

Purchased human hair and received mixed blend of synthetic and human hair so I reached out and was advised to return with labels by 3/11/2026 which I did on 3/8/2026 with documentation and was refunded by Apple due to no response from merchant and now Apple is requesting funds back when I don’t have the product . So no product and paying for item twice is crazy don’t order from them taking money.

tuneful was a great company to work with i lived the hair everything was amazing true to length , the hair was very thick the frontal was extremely full i loved everything about it rate 10/10

I purchased a chocolate brown wig from them and it’s the best wig I’ve ever purchased. The lace was easy to melt, the hair doesn’t tangle easily, little to no sheeting. It’s true to length and is still in good condition after deep diving and still hasn’t shed much. The hair is so full and is of great quality, really soft and easy to style and wear.

I love there hair…it’s always amazing. How fu it is and ther quality.

Great hair great quality true to length

I’ve purchased a straight 13x6 burgundy wig with this company and it never tangled up nor gotten stiff. It is very high quality, full and soft. Even after washing the hair it still feels brand new. I will highly recommend buying for this company again. 10/10!!😍😍🫶🏽

I emailed the company about my concerns. They assured me that my unit was shipped off. They emailed me back in a timely manner. I feel better now.

Their wigs are very versatile and easy to style. I keep coming back because the quality never drops. This brand has become one of my go-to wig companies.

Best customer service ever. Best quality of hair ever. I really love my wig. It’s long and full. If you have any problems with anything please email them. Quick response. Reliable, reliability. Now this how you treat your customers! Thank you again!

I recently ordered from the Ash blonde wig with dark roots 22inches and I’m honestly really happy with it. The hair is super soft and the texture is really nice doesn’t shed or anything. It was true to length, which I always appreciate because that’s not always the case.
The colour was also exactly what I expected and true to videosand melted really well
Customer service was good too, they kept me updated and the whole process and shipping was super fast. I will be ordering again very soon!!!

Hair arrived quickly and just as pictured! I thought my shipment was lost at first but the customer service reassured me it was on its path. Great company!

Really love their hair ,high of quality, barely sheds and true to length. It has a comfortable fit and secure ,with adjustable straps which makes it easier to customise for a perfect fit. I would highly recommend.
