DO NOT purchase, sold me a Turbo that when fitted did Not work, replaced with original Turbo after sending back, Refused any compensation ( due to mechanics charges) for fitting of TWO FAULTY turbos. Took company to COURT ( did not attend) did not pay ANY costs instructed by court and 4-6 BALIFF visits & COURT ORDER-still no costs re payed. DISGUSTING COMPANY after they have your payment.

Excellent service from Turbo Diesel. I purchased a replacement turbo for my Volvo S40 2.4D, and it is now fitted and working perfectly.

They were extremely helpful throughout the process, answering plenty of questions over WhatsApp clearly and patiently. They also showed real understanding when I was delayed returning my old turbo, which I genuinely appreciated.

Friendly, knowledgeable company with excellent customer service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Ordered a turbo in November 2025 and returned the old turbo which had been removed. The refurbished turbo was fit in January.

After it was fit the turbo failed and my mechanic advised me that I would need it repairing or a new one, saying the seals had allowed oil into the air system. Unfortunately, I was deployed with the Armed Forces and so sending the Turbo back was delayed. I communicated this on both WhatsApp and online.

Turbo Diesel told me to send the Turbo back and that they would inspect the turbo.

Since then (Mid April) I have received only a few responses. One voice message suggesting they would look for the turbo and get back to me and then one written message yesterday when I suggested I was refering the matter to the small claims court.

I now how no turbo (in fact o had to buy another vehicle) and I'm down £290 which they have effectively stole.

I have evidence of all correspondence and of the return (signed for through royal mail).

Upon a satisfactory solution I will remove this review and cancel the small claims submission.

Very good service, i collected the part by my self and they was very helpful with the deposit process also. I recommend guys!

Ordered the turbo. It failed immediately. I sent it back as requested by the company owner. Never heard from them again. Every time I called the call was ended and my number was blocked. I borrowed someone else’s phone and again the called was immediately ended and blocked.

Very poor company

Purchased a Turbo from this company, all good except they have not refunded my deposit and are ignoring my calls and messages. Not a great way to do business

UPDATE: Refund received, thank you, it’s a shame it took 3 weeks and an honest Trust Pilot review to make this happen.

Bad experience. Long delivery time, delays getting deposit back and poor quality of received turbo.

Fitted a turbo from this company on an Audi a6 c7 tdi ultra. 6 months in and my car now has black smoke.

SUSPECTED TURBO FAILURE.

I knew the turbo was poor quality because as soon as it was fitted it had a whistle sound, but I said to myself if it last me 50,000/60,000K I would be happy.

Ridiculous, I suppose you pay what you get for. It’s the cheapest on the net.

Please avoid and spend the correct money.

Dont recommend. Paid £850 deposit returned my old turbos amd haven't received my deposit back. Tried ringing, emailing and messaging but no answer or reply.

This company should not be trading. The service and communication have been extremely poor.

We paid for a refurbished turbo over two months ago and, despite numerous attempts to obtain updates, the item has still not been supplied. As a result, I am now having to pursue legal action to recover my payment and claim for losses incurred due to the non-delivery of the turbo.
I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before dealing with this company.
Trading Standards has been contacted regarding this matter.

Purchase of new turbos was an easy process and sorting the deposit, delivery was prompt. The only thing I would say was a little concerning was getting the deposit back, I did have to do some chasing however customer service was on point and friendly and no issues getting the deposit back once I made them aware.
Over all the turbos are on the car and working and for 2 reconditioned turbos for half the price of one new turbo I would say it was a bargain. I took the gamble with Turbo Diesel as the price was very competitive but reviews had me worried, I can say I have had no regrets and highly recommend them.

poor communication does not answer emails, texts or calls, returned a turbo over 3 weeks later still not received the deposit back, terrible service will not be using them again.

Excellent service from the minute my call was answered. Adrian was superb in sorting my order for a replacement turbo for my mazda and it was delivered next day straight to the mechanic to save time. Aftersales service was equally as good as my mechanic took too long to do the job ad after explaining this Adrian sorted my deposit out. Well worth using them

My purchase overall was good. Turbo ordered and received quickly. The part appears to be of good quality. A small misunderstanding over the deposit refund which was rectified.

Returned Turbo in exchange paid £180 deposit that should be refunded. Over a month later still no refund received , several calls , voicemail , email, WhatsApp and message left no response. Extremely disappointed.
