With the remote job I can spend more quality time with my fur babies, I can stay by them whenever they need more attention, and also I can plan more short trips - solo or with my gang!
I have found better work-life balance with the job. I need to work 8 hours with complete dedication and there is no added traveling time... what could be better than this! And also, pay is higher than any local employer and always on time. Also, no need to create fake reasons to get approval on planned leaves. All that is required is to inform a little earlier, keep the assigned tasks on track, and the team will take care of the rest!
Moreover, a large team makes all of us learn from each other and the work culture, approach allow everyone to share their views, opinion, ideas, without hesitation.
