I am very happy how they handled my account and were very reliable in getting me out of debt. I would recommend using them if yoi need help resolving your debt issues. They were very helpful whenever I contacted them.

They are easy to work with with if you run into issues while your in the program so I didn’t have to go backwards

Wondering if it's a scam. They say they got me a settlement on a credit card debt. Got a settlement for half of what I owed which was good. But then charge me half of the settlement for a fee then big increase on my bi weekly payment to them. Dont seem right.

I just started the program and I needed the attorneys to adjust my deposit. They have continuously rejected my new deposit. Hamilton, who is my representative has been wonderful. As soon as my new deposit is accepted, I will increase the stars. Thank you.

The program was great in the beginning. Now I am on the last account and have asked to speak with a negotiator. The phone rep, for what ever reason has an excuse as to why you can not speak to them. I have done the leg work on this last acct and all they need to do now is reach out to the debtor to validate the settlement amount so I can approve and be done with this program. The only information I got from them, which again im doing the leg work for them, is to have something in writing so they can then reach out to the creditor.

only took 6-8 weeks for them to clear / resolve an account that had already been settled -- i provided proof of this when i opened this service --- i have asked multiple questions and get no response or a a form letter saying nothing and resolving nothing --- may drop them in a couple of days.....

2 months in and the only result is a 100+ point drop in my credit score. No money saved, just late fees racking up.

I received weekly updates on my mortgage loan details, the staff was very helpful in explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend them.

I enrolled in the program on yesterday, but after sleeping on it and being woken up out of my sleep due to continued feelings of unease and additional research by me (legal professional), I decided to cancel my contract less than 24 hours afterwards. Both the attorney "Lillian" I spoke to on yesterday and "Andrew" the cancellation agent I spoke to today were great. Andrew took the additional step to advise me that if I changed my mind within the next 90-days and decided to rejoin the program, I could do so and re-join the same program. It was very easy to cancel and I received my cancelation email within an hour of speaking with him.

The reason for only 3-stars is due to the agent that got me set up with them that is from Symple Lending. George Cuzakis was so nasty... yelling at me, demeaning tone and words, and belligerent. After Turnbull notified him that I'd canceled my contract, he called me and tried to bully me into reconsideration. When I firmly told him that I was not moving forward with the program, he hung up in my face while I was talking. George's actions are what would keep me from returning to Turnbull or doing business with them in the future in the event I reconsidered a debt relief program. If the agents they use at Symple Lending are going to act like George when things don't go their way, NO THANKS. I'll pass.

I’m new but thus far it has been easy to explore the app/dashboard. No payments to my creditors have happened yet hence my credit score looks pathetic. Patience is key Elizabeth!

The process of enrolling was simple. The representative was knowledgeable, patient, and committed.

Initial set-up calls were great - but when it comes to follow-up and concerns you never hear from anyone. I still dont know for sure if I have been scammed.

I have only been using Turnbull Law for 3 months now. So far, when I call, the representatives are very helpful, personable, and professional. I'm still in the wait and see mode regarding paying my debtors but I feel confident that things will work out as I have been told they will.

The staff and app have been very good at communicating with me about the steps needed to get my bills paid off. The first settlement was very good and hoping the rest follows suit.
