I honestly can’t recommend Turquoise highly enough. We have recently returned from our second holiday with them. The first was affected by the fire at Heathrow in 2025. Last week we arrived at Heathrow to find that our flight to Doha was suspended due to Iran bombing Qatar. On both occasions Turquoise quickly revised our travel plans so we didn’t lose our holiday. Last week, whilst everyone else around us in Heathrow were left to fend for themselves and unable to get hold of their travel agents, within half an hour Turquoise had reserved alternative flights for us at no extra cost. They kept us fully updated throughout the day as they planned the changes, reassuring us we were in professional hands! They also made back up return flight plans, which we ended up using as the conflict was still continuing. Again, we left several people in the resort that had no idea how and when they would be able to get home. Turquoise are also very price competitive and we will only look to make our long haul holiday plans through them in the future.

Individualised, tailored holidays. Mandy took time to understand what we wanted from our holiday and came up with different suggestions, which she then adapted to our requirements. When flights were cancelled the team were quick to come up with a solution that actually made the journey home easier.
The concierge service was so friendly and helpful and ensured we had the trips we wanted booked before we left.
I am grateful for the wonderful family holiday they put together for us.

Knowledgeable staff, who know their resorts and understand us! Trip to Maldives - Laamu - was unforgettable. The venue and 'vibe' were sublime. Ecotourism, good food, and great staff........as for the free ice cream!

Turquoise were so helpful and organised! We wanted to book a trip to the Maldives to celebrate my 60th birthday. After us telling them what we liked they suggested an island that would suit us and it was perfect in fact I can’t wait to go back! They kept us informed of all the plans and everything was perfect! Will definitely be back for more wonderful holidays!

From an enquiry about booking and all the way through the process we couldn’t fault the service. We probably asked a lot of questions (sorry!) but nothing was too much trouble. The hotel recommended was amazing and just what we wanted. It’s just a shame we had to come home! We’ve booked a few times now via Turquoise and the hotels and service are always fantastic.

The Turquoise holiday experience has to be experienced to be appreciated. Their attention to the things you want out of a holiday and then turn those into a selection of top class resorts is of great value to the clients. Planning is always meticulous and they are always there to help you along the way. This is something like our 15th holiday trip with Turquoise and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Next trip already on the horizon. Highly recommended.

Staff very helpful with my last minute booking, sending us to Bequia which we loved. Hotel was nearly perfect except the bathroom needed upgrading.

Very friendly, prompt and flexible service. Quick follow up, 7 days a week.

From the moment Willa sent us her suggestions for our holiday we felt so looked after and heard. She was brilliant at ensuring all our requests were incorporated into the holiday and really went the extra mile to ensure we had the most magical time. Turquoise were excellent - from ensuring we were in the speedy line at immigration at our destination, to sorting gala dinners, they were amazing. We've already booked our next holiday with Turquoise for later in the year.

Flights, transfers, accommodation, staff and food all excellent.

Two minor observations-

1) Male airport baggage re-claim was chaotic
2) Wine within the all inclusive drinks package was below the quality we would have expected

We booked a holiday in the Maldives with Martha in Dec 2025, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We have passed her name and Turquoise Holiday details on to friends and said we would definitely book with them again.
