First of all, this is a great project and I really love the work they are doing, it's a great opportunity for the hard working people out there, who are in universities and also doing part-time jobs just to provide for themselves, I really love the fast responses and the customer service is great as well, they clear out all the questions and respond in the timeline provided,
However, some work needs to be put on the main frame, like sometimes there were some errors with my withdrawals, for example, I won the tournament got the notification and mail congragulating me on the win but it wasn't in my account wallet, although they fixed it but still they should work on it and make it better so something like this never happens again, your team should also work on the account wallet section, like for withdrawal remove the bank account details thing as it is currently useless, and it will be way better if you just add options for crypto wallets and let us choose the servers like BTC/SOL/BNB and our wallet address e.t.c, just 2 options and good to go,
However, I love how the tournaments are free and they don't ask us for any joining fee's unlike other platforms, this is just like freelance for traders, I personally use my earnings from here and put them to do real trading, this is like a source of funding for me,
In my suggestion, it would really be appreciated if they increase the prizepool of tournaments or maybe make some special tournaments like on the 1st of every month or last of every month or maybe only on special occasions which a huge prizepool (I personally won't even mind paying a entry fees if something like that ever comes up in future)
It's an 8/10 for me, but i'm sure in the coming future i'll rate it 10/10,
