Brilliant house move experience from Ben and his team. Nothing was a bother and they took great care of all the furniture. The whole process was managed in a very professional manner. I wouldn't use any other company, highly recommended.

We would recommend Turton’s removal to anyone looking to move home. Ben and the whole team were friendly and professional throughout and went the extra mile to help make our move as stress free as possible. They wrapped doors and furniture and covered floors before making sure that everything was in the right rooms in our new home. Exceptional service!

The team were very professional, polite and acted with a great sense of humour and moved us approximately 250 miles. Everything was packed professionally and went to plan and nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly recommend this company. We will be using this company again for our next move. Many thanks for the professional and friendly service provided to us. Our move wasn't the easiest - with difficult access to our new property - but issues were overcome professionally and calmly and the end result was that the move was completed on time and to a high standard.

Very nice, polite and helpful movers. I was very happy with the service. They made a stressful move very easy. Treated my items carefully and with respect. On my move day my kitchen flooring was not complete so they helped store my fridge, washing machine and dishwasher elsewhere in the house and even offered to come back to move them into the kitchen when my flooring was done. I would definitely use them again.

Would absolutely recommend! Super professional and very efficient. Ben goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly and to plan. He made my move super easy and stress free!

Ben and his team were great. Really polite friendly guys. It wasn’t an easy job moving our furniture due to access difficulties but they ploughed on and didn’t complain at all. Items such as mattresses and TV’s were carefully protected before loading. It was a professional service. I’d definitely recommend!

Ben and his team where excellent in helping me move from Northumberland to Gloucestershire. It was a very speedy process from the initial FaceTime inventory call to receiving my quote and then the move beginning. Every single item was perfectly packed with no damages upon arrival. From the moment Ben walked in and introduced himself our first impression was very positive, he was friendly and polite and the service he offered was very professional. Though our moving date changed quite a bit we had extremely good communication with Ben and he was very understanding which made us feel very valued and at ease at a stressful time. On the move day they were very punctual, nothing was too much trouble and items were very well packaged for protection which we had never had before with any other company. Absolutley disgraceful! Booked in for removal and storage and We get a phone call less than 24 hours before we are due to move to tell us they’ve taken on a contract so can’t move us!!!! I can’t even find the words to explain how horrendous this is! At the most stressful time in our lives we now need to find a removal company and storage within 12 hours with 4 children!! Avoided all our calls and left us in a horrible situation

Ben and his team provided an excellent service from quotation to completion. All wishes were accommodated and nothing was a problem. They made a stressful move day go without any problems or issues. I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant service from Ben and his team. From the very first minute with a what’s app call to leaving our new home, they were first class with their professionalism but also friendly and a good laugh. They probably would have finished even earlier if I’d stopped chatting with them!

Highly recommend Ben and his team. Friendly and professional service. We had a very challenging move, and Ben and his team went over and above to help us. Extremely professional in their manner, and they took excellent care of our belongings (wrapped) and of both properties (flooring etc protected). Genuinely friendly and helpful, and seemed very experienced at what they do. Quality service, cannot recommend enough.
